Token elevator so we had to carry our luggage upstairs to our room. Broken air conditioner so we had to change rooms. No maid service although we left our room twice so they could clean. We will not use Comfort Inn again.

Absolutely standout hotel!

I can't think of an affordable hotel that I have stayed at in the past 10 years that was clean and well maintained as this hotel. Clearly there is a high level of pride and ownership at this place that is uncharacteristic of the industry these days.

Road noise is horrible!

The hotel was clean. Night check in person was not friendly but the morning person was. The road noise is AWFUL! Loud racing, honking, and semi trucks ALL NIGHT LONG. Toilet didn’t flush, had to lift the tank. No water pressure or hot water in the morning. Door was so out of line that someone could see in our room and put something in to lift the lock. Had to put a towel over it. Barn door on bathroom wouldn’t stay shut.

Room 214 needs attention

Bathroom was dirty. One of pillows smelled like someone else scalp. Thankfully, I bring my own. Last, the air conditioner and fan made a long constant sound and it was overall an unpleasant stay. I do have a video of this sound. I did tell management and they offered me a pop.
