If you have come for the quiet, then a spacious yard invites outdoor play and relaxation, A campsite just up the path behind the house will charm you with tent platforms and a large fire ring - Summer camp all year long. Inside the house, a gourmet kitchen, cozy common areas, open plan and streaming TV set the stage for easy evenings together.

The layout offers both privacy and connection:
- Primary Bedroom: Queen bed on the main level with private bath
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed on the main level with access to Hall Bath #2
- Bedroom #3: Queen bed on the upper level with access to Hall Bath #3
- Additional Sleeping Space: Queen futon in the living room

This historic home sits on over 300 acres of conservation easement land. You have access to old logging trails, a campsite with tent platforms, and a scenic overlook, as well as a firepit. During ski season, you are 24 miles from Hatley Point Mountain Resort.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: Dog-friendly! Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $130 non-refundable pet fee.
