The staff was very polite, professional, helpful, & friendly. Every aspect of this hotel was clean. The only real drawback about this hotel is the fact that you’re limited as to nearby dining options, however it is nice to be away from the hustle & bustle of Joplin.

Hotel is very good. The best breakfast I have ever seen. The only problem we had was when we went to get ice from the ice machine on our second floor there were bugs in it. Dont use the ice!!!!

I couldn't say enough good things about this property! The staff was amazing. From Jordan at check in, to the ladies that clean the rooms, to the sweet ladies in the breakfast room. (Which the breakfast was amazing). They were all so very nice. Busy but had an amazing attitude!

Pleasantly surprised- clean, high ceilings, large breakfast, convenient for a great rate. Only issue was not properties fault- upstairs guests were very noisy until 2am
