Quiet location to bike or just walk; fire pit to enjoy on a clear night ; 12 min drive to golf course and near a hiking trail. This apartment has open plan kitchen and living area with a flat screen TV (no cable) The apartment has a private bathroom and a bedroom with queen size bed a walk-in closet and a flat screen tv as well.

We were greeted by the owner and Coco, we so enjoyed her. A wonderful, relaxing stay we had. Everything was super and the owners were most accommodating. Would stop again if in the area.

Tranquility in the country

We so enjoyed staying here and the gracious host made our state exceptional. The peacefulness of the property with our early morning walks allow us to unwind which is exactly what we needed after a growing move.

Great little place!

Traveled to care for some personal business. The house was very cute, modern, clean & organized. The hosts were very nice, hospitable and generous too. We especially enjoyed Cocoa's company. I would recommend this place to others and I wouldn't mind staying there again if i need to go back... Ty!

Very pleasant stay

This property was in a great location to get to our family’s house in Avalon Park. Because of the tollway, there were very few stop lights or traffic. It was very clean, had a washer and dryer, refrigerator, coffee pot, convection cook top. It made it easy to cook there. We were able to have our dog with us. The property has a large open space for her to walk. The Wi-Fi is not very strong. If you need it for work, you may want to bring a personal hotspot to connect to. The host couple are very nice. We would absolutely rent here again.

This is a great place for 2 people. There is plenty of space and a good kitchen for vacation cooking needs. And a cute dog on the property that is always excited to see people!

Comfy home in quiet neighborhood

The guest house was small in size but large in comfort. We slept well in the bed and enjoyed the great wifi and tvs (Fire stick and off-the-air). Having a washer/dryer was helpful.

We had a great time and were happy with our choice of rental. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, friendly helpful people. Their kindness (and their delightful dog Cocoa) made our month-long stay enjoyable.

Great host

We appreciated all the help George and Maria gave us concerning where to live and where not to live. How to be safe in Orlando. Their dog Coco was so sweet always wanting my husband to play and the chickens would be our alarm clock. Good instructions were left for us concerning the shower, internet etc.

Owners were very friendly. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for privacy, peace and quiet and relaxation. Small property but big enough for two people. Everything was new inside. Stacked washer/dryer came in handy. GPS doesn't bring you straight to the property but still easy to find. Check the smoke detector in the bedroom, it chirped a lot. Batteries might be low. Two thumbs up! 👍x2

Comfortable and quiet guest house

We stayed here while visiting our son who lived nearby. The accommodations were great for the times we weren't at our son's house. The place was nicely decorated and looked new. The bed and linens were comfy, the kitchen was adequate for a few smaller meals and the TVs in the living area and bedroom had good off-the-air reception. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. There was not strong wifi in the unit but we had great 4G reception (Verizon). If available the next time we visit our son, we'd stay here again. .

Moving to Florida

Great little studio on the east side of Orlando. Property is brand new and the unit spotless. The owner is as nice as they come. Location, location, location!!! Minutes from the beaches and airport, this property checked all the boxes.

Weather was beautiful!

The family was very accommodating and bent over backwards to make our five weeks comfortable. The unit is 350 sq ft and we found the space still afforded us as a couple our own space. The kitchen is beautiful and pleasant to prepare food. The location is quiet and an equal distance from Orlando attractions or Titusville shopping!
