Wenn man den Kunden „arbeiten“ lässt, dann sollten die Prozesse funktionieren - haben sie nicht: Das in Aussicht gestellte Mail 24h vorher kam trotz ausgefülltem check-in nicht Nach tel. Rückfrage erhielt ich einen Code, der sich dann gemäss einige Stunden später erhaltenem Mail als nicht korrekt herausstellte. Und spät-abends beim Versuch, die Zimmerkarte zu codieren, brach der Prozess wiederholt am selben Punkt ab - also erneut tel. Kontakt. Für das Ausmass an Arbeit und Aerger, das an den Kunden delegiert wird, ist der Preis deutlich zu hoch. Ich werde das Hotel nie mehr in Betracht ziehen.

Es gab Check-In Probleme, wohl nicht nur bei mir und die Komunikation zwischen Hotel und Café-Bäckerei Mohn funktionierte leider nicht,wir hatten 2x Buffet nachgebucht und wurden darauf hin von 3Mitarbeiterinnen peinlichst angesprochen. Das Buffet war super 1 sehr große Auswahl und leckere Back und Speisewaren👍 H.Lülf
