Live in a top renovated old town apartment on the old city wall of Weissenburg, the jewel in AltmĂĽhlfranken!

In the old town barn you can expect the most modern equipment and rustic comfort. The apartment is separated and has a parking space in front of the front door.

You will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, a children's paradise for 2 under the roof.

In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, an electric stove and a fridge. An Art Nouveau table and 4 chairs invite you to eat. From here you have a view of the green and if you are lucky you can hear the concerts from the nearest Willibaldsaal.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, towel warmer and a bath with shower.

There is a safe for personal valuables in the property.

Very Nice Apartment - Lots of Charm

Was needing a place for 3 nights for a quick trip to Germany. The apartment had 2 private bedrooms & a loft - perfect for a family of 4+. Since I flew into Munich and was headed to Nurmberg for business it was a convenient place in between the two. The town of Weissenburg has lots of charm - ancient walls surround the city - and though I didn't get much time to explore I found good food nearby, Schwarzer Bar & Al Forno, both within walking distance. With the charm comes some tight driving - but the challenge of taking the tight turns and squeezing betweeen walls was exciting. There was a good parking place right outside the door - covered was a bonus! Overall really enjoyed the stay, good value for the price.

Es war wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, liebevoll eingerichtet, Fachwerkbau mit Charme. Mitten im Zentrum mit einem Parkplatz dabei. Mit sechs Personen war es mit dem kleinen Bad und am Esstisch eine leichte Herausforderung, aber es hat uns nicht gestört. Der Vermieter war persönlich nicht anwesend, aber wir hatte per Email und WA einen netten Kontakt.

Unser Aufenthalt in "der Scheune" war sehr erfreulich. Die sehr gemütliche Wohnung liegt im inneren Stadtkern in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und erstaunlich geräumig. Der für uns wichtigste Ort, die Küche, ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und gut geeignet zum Kochen. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch einen freundlichen Hausmeister und schnelle und einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über Whatsup und E-Mail. Einziges Manko waren die etwas lichtdurchlässigen Schlafzimmervorhänge.

Schöne Ferien direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt

Top FeWo in toller Umgebung

FeWo in top Zustand, liebevoll eingerichtet, inmitten der hübschen Altstadt von Weißenburg. Alle Versorgungsgeschäfte fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso die Gastronomie. Wir waren mit Fahrrädern jeden Tag in der reizvollen Umgebung unterwegs. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können das Quartier nur wärmstens empfehlen. Eine sehr liebevoll und stimmig restaurierte Wohnung in super zentraler Lage. Es gibt für alles fünf Sterne. Einzig der Hinweis, dass es für Familien mit kleineren Kindern und dem Ziel eines "Badeurlaubs" an den umliegenden Seen nicht ganz optimal ist (keine Waschmaschine, wenig Platz für trocknende Wäsche, ...) - das ändert aber an der Bewertung nichts.

Ein wirkliches Refugium

Zentrale Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit, ruhig, sauber, liebevoll ausgestattet bis ins Detail, alles vorhanden, kommod. Zu Recht trägt diese Wohnung das Wortspiel mit dem Namen des Eigentümers. WohlfĂĽhloase

Wir waren sehr angetan vom Refukium. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail wurde ein wirklich sehr nettes "Heim" geschaffen. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist perfekt, man ist sofort drin im Geschehen und kann die wunderbare historische Altstadt genießen. Auch das ganze Umland ist sehr schön und ermöglicht eine gute Erholung. Der Brombachsee ist nicht weit und wir konnten schöne Radltouren unternehmen. Die Kommunikation mit Daniel war auch völlig problemlos. Eigentlich sollten wir nicht zu viel loben, sonst ist das Refukium ja immer ausgebucht, wenn man mal wieder kommen will.

Great week in WeiĂźenburg

Great location in the very pretty and historic town of WeiĂźenburg. Property is great for two couples and extra bed in a loft space for an older child (use of ladder to gain access) everything that you need to be self catering is available in the property but there are many options to eat out within 5-19 minute stroll. Very happy to recommend this property

Wohnen im Fachwerk

Historisches Ambiente in superzentraler Lage Liebevolle, tolle Renovierung und Ausstattung Historisches Gebäude; daher kleine Fenster, viel Dachschräge und etwas dunkel und keine Terasse/Balkon Trotz Sommerhitze kein Problem mit Wörme in der Wohnung! Trotz zentraler Lage dennoch sehr ruhig Nachts hell wegen Straßenlaternen vorne und hinten Eigener KFZ Stellplatz
