Enjoy the best of Wellfleet from this updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage located in the sought-after Wellfleeter Condominium complex at the end of Mayo Beach. Just steps from your door, a private staircase leads down to 400 feet of sandy beach reserved for association guests—perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply relaxing by the bay.

Inside, the cottage features a bright kitchen and dining area, a cozy living room with a 30" TV, and two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two twins—sharing a full bathroom with a shower stall. The space is ideal for a couple or small family looking to enjoy the Cape’s natural beauty with the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, lobster pot, and all essential cookware. The cottage also includes WiFi, cable TV, a DVD player, gas grill, and standard fans to keep cool.

From this waterfront location, you’re just a short walk to the town tennis courts, playground, Wellfleet Harbor, waterfront restaurants, and about 10 minutes on foot to the town center. Whether you're enjoying low tide adventures or sunset strolls, the location is hard to beat.

3-night minimum stays are available with an added cleaning fee. Guests booking 7 or more consecutive nights can save by skipping the cleaning fee. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided—guests may bring their own or rent.

Family getaway

Such a sweet stay in pictoresque Wellfleet! This cottage was just perfect for our family vacation. The location is excellent - on the beach and very close to our favorite Wellfleet shops and restaurants. Our basketball players enjoyed the nearby court and running the Great Island Trail in the morning was such a bliss. The small kitchen was very well equipped for the occasional cooking we did, and everything was just as described in the listing. At every point of our booking process we were assisted quickly and in a friendly manner - thank you!

Waterfront cottage

Our stay in Wellfleet in the Waterfront cottage was comfortable and the location was delightful and convenient. I do suggest that some paper towels, garbage bags and dish cleaning soap and sponge be available. Additionally, when you list coffeemaker in the amenities you should say needs pods since it's a Keurig. I would recommend this cottage to my friends and would stay here again. Thank you!

Lovely stay

one thing - We did have an issue there being garbage piled outside the cottage when we arrived. I called to have it removed, but the removal took so long, the neighbors blamed us for the mess. I explained that is was not our garbage and I did not have the tools to clean it up. So the neighbor cleaned it up. Otherwise, it was wonderful and the neighbor was kind. Thank you.

An excellent deal with exception of no Air Conditioning....in this day and age, ....really? If I wanted the no AC experience I would have stayed in an AMC hut on the Appalachian trail Owner could solve problem with one $200 window unit

The property was not in its usual pristine condition in fact, the master bedroom was completely unkempt.... It was as though someone had hopped out of the bed and ran out the back door as we came in the front. The property manager was great. They apologized profusely and offered to send the housekeeping crew immediately and offered to do whatever it would take to make it right. Unfortunately, my initial experience this time tainted the whole week.
