Stay was quick , but things that could be a bit better is the place needs a spruce up as looks dated . The rooms are a good size . We where staying up the stairs but had a lot of luggage, so at 1am in the morning 20 steps with over weight luggage was not a lot of fun , not sure if there is an elevator but would of been handy . Didnt get to see much else but was ok I guess .

The only good thing about this place is the convenience to the airport, a simple 5min drive. After that the place is in great need of a renovation, broken floorboards, damaged furniture and paper thin walls all make for an uncomfortable environment along with the hair on the floor from previous guests and dead insects on benchtops.

Lovely staff but the hotel is in need of an upgrade. Rooms are clean but dated and worn. Also there is barely enough room to get under the shower head and I am short! Does have great proximity to the airport.

The phone in the room didn’t connect to the reception had to use my cell , put the breakfast tag on the back of my door 5pm wasn’t picked up had to call the reception again on my phone to ask someone from the kitchen at 7:30am and pick them up (my parents room as well) the plates were mixed up when they were delivered. My parents room bathroom needs some attention stopper broken and tape hard to turn on. Overall the staff were helpful and polite.

It was O..K And the staff were friendly but its an old place in need of a do up. Taps hardly ran. T.V. so old and small I coud hardly see the A.B.s. AS I say adequate for a stay but overpriced for what it is.

This is an older property, although it has clearly had maintenance and upgrading done over the years. Some noise from other guests late at night and early in the morning. Good price and location, with a free airport shuttle. I was surprised by how large my room was.

Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly service. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Free car parking. We can hear footsteps of guests in the hallway and in the ceiling from the higher level. Hotel is old but for the price we are happy with our stay.

The most run down hotel I have ever stayed in. Very overpriced for what is on offer. The rooms although clean enough the rooms are shabby and dated. The shower was either freezing or scalding and if you are taller than 5 ft you will have to squat under the terrible water pressure. The staff were very kind and the shuttle was convenient.

Central for meeting. Service and food great. Meeting room fine. But hotel rooms passage ways and pool area furniture scruffy About time the Brentwood spent some money updating the hotel
