Great bed and big room with almost everything you'd need. Unfortunately all sorts of fairly loud noises at night coming from the building, mostly plumbing related I think. Also shocked that they were no tooth brushes on offer. Even when I asked at the reception.

Property was ok, location is excellent but... 1) room was only serviced every 3 days despite daily servicing being one of the listed "amenities"; 2) asked for a roll out bed for the "lounge" because it didn't have a couch and they insisted on charging $50 per night because we were already on a discounted rate through Expedia.

The staff at the Ramada are some of the most easy-going, helpful, and considerate people I have ever met in hospitality their names were (Tinō and hunter). When asked for advice or suggestions on where to eat or what to do while in Wellington they were more than happy to give great recommendations to places we never would’ve checked out otherwise but ended up loving. They always went out of their way to greet us, ask us about what we were up to and if we needed anything. There isn’t a doubt my partner and I will be back there when staying in Wellington. We are very appreciative for the time spent making our stay free flowing and comfortable. Thankyou. Matthew and Emily :)

Overall

An average hotel. The room rate was fair for what it provided. I would stay here again. No food except vending machines. Gym was weak with one treadmill and some free weight dumbells. No daily cleaning, only when requested. The staff was super good about extra clean towels and coffee. It was about 15 minutes walk to the harbor and market areas. It was a 5 minutes walk to the main restaurant street. Staff was nice when there. No staff from 7pm to 7am. Check out is an early 10am. When I asked about a later 12 noon, they wanted to charge me.
