Located in the thriving coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea, Preacher's View is a comfortable, modern upside-down house tucked away with a wonderful view of St Nicholas Church and private off-road parking. For beach-lovers, this hideaway has its own colourful beach hut, Cuthbert's Cabin, on the stunning nearby beach.

Preacher's View is a well-equipped, light and airy detached house with three bedrooms (two double and one bunk room) and two bathrooms (one is en-suite) on the ground floor and a super, open-plan living space on the first floor with wonderful views. This sunny house is a relaxing retreat at the end of a busy day and enjoys the benefits of both off road parking and a private garden. A perfect spot for families, couples and friends around the year.

A short walk takes you right into the heart of this popular seaside town, where you will find everything you need to make your holiday complete - some excellent places to eat, interesting shops to browse and the chance of some crabbing or a day's sailing from the picturesque quay. Or just take a seat outside one of the many cafes and watch the world go by.

For beach lovers, Wells beach is a hard one to beat; golden sands framed by pine woods and a row of colourful beach huts stretch as far as the eye can see. Preacher's View comes with its own beautifully refurbished hut, Cuthbert's Cabin.

The house is in an excellent location, near to the High Street, the Co-op supermarket and an easy walk to the waterfront. And parking on the street behind the house was easy. The first floor sitting room was light and meant that we had good views and the kitchen was very well equipped. The great bonus was the use of the beach hut, a first for us. The beach hut is well equipped and is on a quieter part of the beach with lovely sea views but still an easy walk.

Great house in fab location

A clean and comfortable house with all the modern conveniences in a great North Norfolk location, minutes walk from the restaurants and shops, great coastal walks, just by the church. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

A fantastic place to be..

We loved our stay at Preachers view. When we arrived the house was clean and fresh and ready for us. There was a beautiful welcome basket with some essentials in for us too. Which was so incredibly kind. The house is a brilliant location and easy to walk to the harbour our main high street and quiet of an evening. The board games and washing machine were both added bonuses for a family with 3 younger children. A brilliant stay a fantastic cottage. Thank you preachers view. We’d definitely highly reccomend.

Lovely property in great location

We stayed for 1 week over xmas period. Nice clean property, not most modern but suitable for what we looked for. Few minor issues with housekeeping like dustpan & brush needs to be replaced for us to actually clean when needed and bin liners for kitchen bin provided were too small. Otherwise all we needed was at the property handy and ready to use. I feel it could do with a bit of updating in terms of comfort but all in all very happy

Preachers view

The beach hut which was offered with this property was perfect and added to our enjoyment and grandchildren. The house was in a lovely location and fell in love with Norfolk especially with Wells once again after a few years holidaying in Suffolk House was warm and comfortable. would like to book again!!!!!
