Built in 2014 to very high standards, this attractive brick-built double fronted house sits off the coastal road and, from the front, it enjoys commanding views towards the Holkham Estate across neighbouring paddocks where local ponies spend their days. Set over three floors, the ground floor of the house flows freely around the central entrance hall. The L-shaped kitchen with its adjoining dining area is extremely well-equipped and provides an ambient, sociable space - ideal when preparing a delicious meal. The dining table sits beside french doors that extend the house into the garden on summer days. Lazy lunches beckon when the sun is shining high in a big blue sky. When it's time to chill-out and relax at the end of the day, the sitting room, also with french doors, invites you to take a seat - you are spoilt for choice. Enjoy chatting the night away. Maybe catch up with your favourite series on the large Samsung Frame television that sits above an oak lintel over the fireplace. Here, there's a large wood burning stove, which will keep you extra cosy when the days are shorter and night are cooler. A useful utility room off the kitchen, and a convenient cloakroom in the entrance hallway completes this floor. When the time comes to retire, the three bedrooms on the upper two floors, two king-size and twin, are all beautifully presented with ultra comfortable beds dressed using beautiful Bedfolk linen bedding.
