This lovely two bedroomed bungalow is sat in the grounds of Edderton Hall, near Welshpool, and is an ideal location for those wanting to explore the local countryside, with public footpaths going directly from the property so you can explore to your hearts content. Set in the grounds of Edderton Hall and close to the owners’ home, the property has fabulous views over the Severn Valley and Powis Castle.



Powis Castle View has everything that you will need and has an open-plan living space with a great view of the gardens and countryside. The master bedroom has a zip and link super kingsize bed and a TV, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a private hot tub which is situated on the decking, and robes, towels and slippers are provided. There is a large decked area to the front of the property which is a great place for watching the sun set whilst listening to the local wildlife. This property will be the perfect base for you and your four legged friends, whether you decide to explore or just sit in the lovely grounds. Please do not charge Electric Vehicles at the property - there is Tesco’s within a couple miles which has charging points, alongside the main car park which has charging points for you to use. Shop 2Âœ miles, pub and restaurant Âœ mile.

Fantastic Views To Welshpool

Stayed for 5 nights. Fantastic Views down the valley to Welshpool. Access via farm track through sheep field. Lodge very well laid out on one floor. Perfect secure dog area out the front of the property. Mike the owner was so quick to sort out a problem with the WiFi problem

Great base to go and explore. The views are stunning. Our bungalow had everything you need and is home from home. The little dog park/field is brilliant. Can’t fault this place and would go again. The hot tub was very welcome every evening

Great location and accommodation but misleading property photo

Loved the property itself, very clean, perfect for our little family of 4 with a dog, loved the hot tub facility and location. However the photo doesn't show the fact the property is right next door to Edderton Hall. During our stay there was a large family staying at Edderton Hall which meant there were cars constantly up and down the drive way or parked in front of our house ruining our lovely view. This, coupled with the fact they ate outside for their meals, meant we felt our privacy was compromised. In and out of the hot tub in front of others you do not know is not something I felt comfortable with. Disappointing this is not made clearer on the description.
