Terrible experience. Room wasn’t ready at 3pm when we checked in. Waited for a long time to have someone inspect it. Room next door was so loud…there’s no insulation between rooms. Last night, fire alarm woke us up at 3am…they couldn’t figure out how to turn it off for about 10-15 minutes…then it came back on briefly about 15 minutes later just when we had finally settled after evacuating downstairs the first time. Not a great experience. Room was fine. Clean and had a small kitchen.

We booked My Place for an affordable overnight and this property worked out just fine. it was clean and quiet and the employees were very nice and helpful. The bed was a queen, but it was fine, the bathroom was nice and big and clean, there’s basically a full kitchen as well, no meals provided, but they sell snacks in the lobby. I would probably go back for an affordable overnight stay

Very clean and comfortable. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Disappointed, though that the room’s kitchenette did not have any plates, cookware, etc. Handy and decent- priced washer and dryers in laundry room.

Why have a full kitchen and not a single utensils, glass, plate, pot or pan? But wait you can buy a fork for a dollar in the lobby! For two days I never saw anyone man the front desk. I called to take out trash and five hours later I ended up doing it myself. On the plus side bed was comfy and I loved having recliner in room.

When checking in the front desk, lady had an attitude I had two kids with me who were tired and just wanted to watch some TV and go to bed, but the TVs were out and they would not be working during our stay that was a disappointment. Later that evening I went back down to the front desk gentleman named Cameron was an all-star amazing front desk person went above and beyond and I appreciated it completely made our night.

As a weekly traveler I enjoyed staying here. It is a dog friendly hotel, so it did have a cover up smell in the room. The room was very clean and great for getting work done. Wifi was great. Don't worry about being close to the train tracks, its very very quiet and you barely notice the rumble. There is a great BBQ spot just over the tracks that I highly recommend.
