Lakeside House Strasen

Summary:
Large and family-friendly vacation home with garden, terrace and sauna.

The Space:
The vacation home was built in 2012 and has been available for rent since summer 2013.
We have created a stylish and cozy interior and hope our guests feel as comfortable in the house as we do!
The house has, in addition to the 600 square meter garden, 120 square meters of living space and has 2 floors. It offers 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (for up to 6 people).

On the ground floor there is a large eat-in kitchen with a dining table for 6 people and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook together.
There is also a spacious bathroom with sauna (with enough space for 2-3 people), a large shower and a bathtub, as well as a utility room with washing machine on the ground floor.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The large bedroom offers a wonderful view of the lake. Sufficient books in German and English are available. The other two bedrooms are smaller but quite cozy. There is also a small bathroom with WC and washbasin for the nightly toilet visits.

The Neighborhood:
The beautiful vacation home, which is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, is surrounded by numerous rivers and lakes, as well as breathtaking nature.

For nature lovers and adventurers, this is the perfect setting and offers plenty of scope for unique experiences.

There are numerous restaurants in the town of Wesenberg (approx. 11 km away), and Fürstenberg (approx. 12 km) is also a great place to eat by the water. Otherwise, there are a whole host of forest and lakeside restaurants and cafés all over the Mecklenburg Lake District - it's best to set off and discover for yourself.

The lake district invites you to spend days exploring. Whether by bike, car or motorcycle, on foot or on the water - there is something new to discover every day.

The vacation home is located in a quiet side street, directly on the lake with a swimming area and jetty.

In Strasen there is 1 restaurant (Zum Löwen), as well as a snack bar for cyclists (Schefftreff) within walking distance. There is also an alpaca farm and a fish farm with house sales.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the price of the overnight stay.
