Renovated Chatham home with sweeping marsh views and within walking distance to one of the Cape's best family beaches, Harding's Beach. Enjoy the warm waters of Nantucket Sound! This three-level house has been completely updated from top to bottom with new furnishings, fixtures, and appliances. The home is set overlooking a tidal marsh (Sulphur Springs) that leads out to Nantucket Sound. The elevated deck and HUGE sloping yard offer a great place to play and relax. In the evenings the sun sets directly over the tidal marsh creating an amazing backdrop for relaxing with family and friends after your day at the beach. There is a sidewalk that goes directly from the house to the beach so you can walk, bike, or drive to Harding's Beach (0.8 miles) right down the road. Several local shops are also located a quick walk to the top of the street, including the essentials: a Dunkin Donuts, a package store, an ice cream shop, and a burger and beer spot (featuring several local beers on draft).

Inside the house you'll find 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a half bath. There is also an outdoor shower. The house includes two primary suites with private baths along with 3-zone central AC. The main floor's open floor plan offers a beautiful kitchen with dine-in breakfast bar, a natural light filled living room, stunning water views and a flat screen TV, a powder room, a dining area, and a primary (King) bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The lower level offers, a second large living/game room with flat screen TV and foosball table, a bedroom (Queen), a full bath, and laundry room. The second level offers two water view bedrooms and a full bathroom (with bathtub) one room includes 2 sets of bunk beds and the other a king bed.

The house has been completely redone and is equipped with all the modern amenities you'll need to enjoy a fun and relaxing trip to the Cape. Relax and grill on the large deck that overlooks the sprawling lawn and tidal marsh. The house is well supplied for the quintessential Chatham vacation.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $215.00 In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a 3-night minimum outside of the peak season. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7 nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.

Harding Beach property

Everything has been recently updated so it's a beautiful property. The layout lends itself to a large group. The adults especially liked the game room on the lower level for the kids.

Fabulous Chatham vacation!

Beautiful house with gorgeous views! Easily accommodated a large family, and the first floor master was perfect for grandparents. Property management was extremely responsive to an A/C issue, and had it fixed the same day. Would love to return someday!

Excellent property

We stay at the Cape almost every summer and this was one of our favorite properties! The design and kitchen layout was the highlight and you could easily entertain and have space for larger groups. Location was perfect…super close to Hardings Beach (great fishing too!) and also Mac’s fish and lobster. Can’t say enough good things about the management and the property itself. Would highly recommend!

Great place for family

Location was great for us. Close to beach and Dunkin. Easy to get to center of town and other areas. Home was super clean. Yard was great for kids to play. The only thing that would have made it better would have been beach towels. Since we traveled from out of town and by plane we didn’t bring our own.

Wonderful getaway in a beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, renovated property. With 6 adults and 2 small children, everyone had enough space and privacy in this 3 level home. We loved the porch, backyard and especially the fire pit. The house is just a 15 minute walk to a fantastic beach perfect for lounging, walking and swimming and close to lots of beautiful cape destinations, restaurant ants and stores. Thank you for allowing us to have a great long weekend. Would definitely come back.

Spacious home perfect for families

Great property and lovely view overlooking a serene conservation area. Spent many an evening around the fire pit, appreciating the sunset and view. Rooms nicely laid out and appointed. Our family of 7 was very comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped for dinners at home. Location is good especially to visit Harding’s Beach. Town is a short drive. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

Relaxing, Clean and Updated

We loved staying at this recently-updated, super-clean and bright property. It was exactly as described. There are effectively three “master” bedrooms plus a large bunkroom with high-quality beds and mattresses. The kitchen has far more utensils than other properties that I have rented (I always bring my own knives but really could have done without for this rental, for example). It is a 10 minute walk down to the beach or a 2 minute drive. We bought a beach pass so we could drive down with our beach chairs, towels, etc. It is a short drive into Chatham to try everything the high street has to offer. We enjoyed day trips to the Audubon Conservatory near Eastham; hiking on the Monomoy peninsula; and a day on the Vineyard. We rented bikes one day (Wheelhouse Bikes - fantastic bikes) and went for a looong ride on the rail trail. I would 100% rent this property again. The only negatives we encountered were that the internet was a bit dodgy and the “starter” supplies of dish soap and paper towels that are described both online and in the property manual onsite were not provided. We also thought there were no dish towels so used paper towels until finding the dish towels in the dryer on the 4th day. Not a big deal but just an fyi that you may need to purchase a few supplies that were not anticipated. These were minor inconveniences compared to the quality of the property, the lovely salt marsh views and listening to the various birds whilst drinking coffee each morning. Based on the service, I would rent from PrettyPickyProperties in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week on the Cape!
