Welcome to The Villa @ Farm Road Estate - a stunning Industrial farmhouse. Our premier luxury home is situated on 32 picturesque acres overlooking our fishing pond,. This 2,600 sf home is ready for your enjoyment. It features an open concept floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, Hot Tub, and a recreation room. This exceptional property has 2 ponds (1 swimming / 1 fishing), swimming pool, private hiking trails, 3 mi to Mount Snow Ski and 1/2 mi to golf, close to VAST and hiking trails.

The Space-

The Villa is part of a boutique historic country property named Farm Road Estate.  Farm Road Estate features a Newly Renovated Historic INN with 10 suites, 4 cottages (Farmhouse - 4 suites, Cider House - 3 suites, Spring House - 2 suites, and WoodShed), and 2 luxury homes (Manor and Villa). Farm Road Estate sits on 32 picturesque acres featuring a swim pond, fishing pond, swimming pool, private hiking trails, multiple fire pits, expansive lawns, a bucolic walking trail (featuring a small orchard, abundant white birches and holiday trees), riverfront access to the amazing Deerfield Valley River, and a large Gazebo. We're a short walk to various bars and restaurants, the Moover bus, a 7 min drive to Mount Snow, 3 min drive to Mount Snow golf, and 20 min drive to Stratton.

All Farm Road Estate guests will have access to our modern great room with soaring ceilings and exposed beams, oversized couches, and large fireplace. On-Site restaurant- Sawmill Bar & Table serves elevated farm to table fare, signature cocktails along with local craft beer and fine wines.


Farm Road Estate is a perfect four-season setting for nightly getaways, group gatherings, family reunions, corporate retreats, workshops, and weddings.

The Villa-
Clean and expansive -- this Stunning 4 bedroom can sleep up to 9 people in private rooms with an addtional 2 pull out sofas in the rec room that sleeps an additional 3 people. Please note that this is a whole house rental and the rate is valid for up to 12 guests (includes children). Event and/or wedding inquiries should be sent through our website. farmroadestate com

The entire home is yours during your stay. We have a wide driveway with plenty of parking for up to 8 cars.

Our property manager lives near by and available 24/7 if you need anything.

- Large offering of toiletries, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, Qtips, body lotion, hair dryers, etc.
- Large load washer/dryer and laundry detergent for your use

BEDROOMS
- there is one iron and ironing board in the home for your use
- plenty of extra blankets, pillows and sheets

Our house is suitable for kids. On request we will provide pack-n-play, high chair, baby plates, forks and spoons, toddler blow up bed for 18 months + and various toys including bath toys. Please let us know in advance if you would need any of these items.

Other things to note
Each reservation has a unique code to open front door electronic lock. You will not need keys to enter or leave the house.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. If you smoke outside, please clean up all butts and ash. Thank you!
We want you to have fun and we hope you enjoy Vermont as much as we do! That being said, there will be absolutely no events or parties without prior consent. In the event of any issues, our House Manager will give ONE warning. If no resolution is reached he has full authority to end your stay with no refund immediately upon discovering unauthorized behavior.

The use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors. Owners reserve the right to terminate this agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises with no refund. Rental rates and specials may change, but you agree to be bound by the rates in effect at the time of reserving the home. *Please do not move furniture, remove artwork from the walls, or otherwise change the property while staying. Additionally, we understand certain groups may be celebrating birthdays or other occasions-- please be respectful with the decorations you use. Beautiful house with everything you need!

This house was perfect for a long weekend getaway! It was clean, spacious, more than enough beds/pull-out couches, working hot tub, fireplace (with firewood provided), a great kitchen, and close to stores/breweries. Michael was an excellent host. I would definitely recommend this house, especially if you're looking for somewhere to stay that's close to Mount Snow and Stratton ski resorts.

Awesome Spring Weekend

The property is amazing along with the house. Everyone fit comfortably and the house was even better than the pictures showed. We were able to take advantage of the hiking trials on property, kayaked and fished in the ponds. We even took advantage of being the first ones to jump in the pond for an April plunge. We enjoyed an awesome dinner and drinks at the restaurant and s’mores by the fire pit after. Michael was the perfect host, can’t wait to go back.

Such a great find

We had such an amazing time at the Farm House Estate! Absolutely stunning home and fit all of us perfectly! Mike and Yulia were amazing from the beginning with communicating, giving us recommendations of local bars/restaurants, and then added little things here and there in the home for our arrival. We absolutely enjoyed the gift basket full of Vermont items!

A really special getaway

It was very peaceful and tranquil at the property, and the Villa-Farmhouse is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming, hiking, using the hot tub, and making a campfire in the fire pit. The Sawmill Bar and Table & the 1846 Tavern (walking distance - w/live music Fri. & Sat.) were fantastic restaurant options. Micheal and Yulia were really patient with any and all questions and very flexible.
