Bring the whole family! There's plenty of room for all with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, multiple living room areas and a game room! Plus, relax and unwind in our new hot tub!



The Space:

Welcome to our home! We hope you enjoy your time in the Fargo Moorhead area. Our house features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining room and multiple livings rooms and study areas. There are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 sets of twin bunk beds, so there's room for 12 people easily! We have a game room in the basement as well! Additionally, we have everything you need for traveling with kids, including a pack and play and kids toys.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole house and garage minus a locked storage area where we keep supplies.



The Neighborhood:

We're located on the eastern edge of West Fargo. It is a quiet, safe, single family home neighborhood. Sanford Medical Center is a 5 minute drive. The Scheels Arena is about 7 minutes down the road. We're located just a few blocks from I-94 and I-29 for easy access to the rest of Fargo Moorhead, the Airport, and NDSU.



Getting Around:

There's plenty of room in the driveway and garage for your vehicles!

Met with family for a little Christmas get together and this house worked perfect. Kids loved the airhockey and had plenty of space to play while adults had plants of space to chat and catch up. Would for sure stay again!

Great Place!!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this home! Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was clear, quick, and friendly from start to finish. The house is in a great neighborhood - quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved spending time in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The location was super convenient, with plenty of shopping and restaurant options just a short drive away. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There were 8 of us that stayed (3 couples + 2 singles) and with 5 BR and 3 baths, it was perfect. The hot tub was a fun bonus (towels provided) and the garage space was a perfect fit for our group to enjoy drinks and a fish fry (prepared outside).

Perfect place

We had a large family gathering with little kids and this place was perfect. There were toys, kid plates and utensils, high chair, pack n play with crib sheets that made traveling with young kids and babies much enjoyable. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit along with fun games of air hockey, ping ping table, and pac man. There were lots of towels, shampoo and conditioner, and a kitchen that was fully stocked with dishes. We loved our stay and cant wait to book next year.

Stay Made Easy!

We were in Fargo for a family reunion and this was the perfect hub. There was plenty of space for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. The fire pit area was especially enjoyable at the end of each day and we loved being so close to Bonanzaville’s firework show on the 4th. Absolutely great!

Beautiful Property for Large Family Gathering

This property was amazing. The space was super functional for a large family gathering. Super Clean, Great Amenities and a quiet neighborhood. So quiet there, a deer walked by our vehicles in the early morning. Nicely decorated and well worth the price of the stay. We all would come back for another stay if we meet in Fargo again.

The Baywood property was absolutely perfect for our WYSONODAKCOAZ get-together!! Easy access from I-94, great location, and quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our group; the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Noah was responsive to any questions/concerns. We needed a place for 11 adults to stay. The house had plenty of room to spread out and was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. One suggestion would be to add a garage door code as the front steps were icy due to the snow that came the morning of our arrival, but that’s a seasonal thing.

Family time

Property is just as pictured. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen and baths were well stocked for any needs. We spent much of our time hanging out in back yard or playing games in the garage. The tv and bar on wheels is fantastic in the garage.

NCFCA tournament

We had a regional NCFCA speech tournament in Moorhead. This location was a 10 minute drive with several stores close by that helped with last minute forgotten items. There were 3 Moms and 3 teen girls and this location had more than enough room for everyone to have some space of their own.
