The host contacted me in timely fashion. I wouldn't consider this property charming. The toilet seat doesn't have a lid, broken. No towel bars in bathroom, or were there any hand towels or wash cloths. Kitchen didn't have any dish towels. I bought my own hand towels, wash cloths, and dish towels. No top sheet on the bed, just the blanket. Since there were three bedrooms, I would assume that dish and silverware would be at least 6 items. Only 4 bowls, plates, and small plates. Only one teaspoon, 3 coffee mugs, and the house had an odor that I couldn't pin down. TV in the kitchen didn't work, and the remote for the large TV was missing. He did provide me with a space heater after the morning temperature in the house was 53. All in all not very pleasant.
