Great Pool House / Walk to Convention Center and Downtown

Beautifully updated historic home that has everything you will need. The home is on a quiet street, away from the trains and fire station that can be a factor in other homes of the neighborhood. The furnishings are new and in top shape. You can walk to the best downtown restaurants, entertainment and The Palm Beach Convention Center. Save on parking at the Convention Center and come home for lunch and a swim. Depending on your plans, a rental car may not be necessary. We offer a clean space, and contactless check-in. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, outdoor shower and a beautiful outdoor area with a heated pool. This house also has a great private office area with two work stations and super fast internet. Palm Beach is a 5 minute ride away where can enjoy world renowned shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Extra thought and care have gone into providing essential amenities like a stocked kitchen and BBQ grill. Enjoy the Florida sun and a great indoor/outdoor environment.

Other things to note -
The Palm Beach Airport is 5 minutes away. Not all guests require rented transportation. The area is walkable and hired cars are quick and easy to nearby attractions.

Pack and Play and high chair are available for use during your stay.

Pool Heater is set to 84 and heats only during the hours of 9am-5pm on the first full day of your stay, until 5pm on the night before check out. Outside temperature must be 60 or above. Temperatures lower than 60 are rare and may only last a few hours. The hours can be adjusted upon request up to 9 hours total in one day. Pool heater is available October - April.

This property is located in a quiet, family oriented, residential neighborhood. Quiet hours (10pm - 8am) are enforced by property management and local law enforcement. Only registered guests are permitted on the property without prior consent. Violations will result in immediate cancelation. Please communicate all possible concerns with the host.

A discounted cleaning fee can be requested through the inquiry process if there are 4 or fewer guests and your total number of nights is less than 7.

Since our vacation rental is located in a residential neighborhood, we ask that our guests observe quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

This home is fantastic and exactly as described. Cary, the owner, is great. The house has everything you need and so many items that make it feel like a "home" A beach bag set up with towels, a blanket and a paddle set. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need for cooking your own meals. The backyard/pool area is so comfortable and relaxing.The pool is crystal clear and perfectly heated. Although we didn't use it, the cottage in the yard is a really nice addition. The neighborhood is close to everything we love about West Palm Beach. Will certainly be back to this grat home!

I utilize vrbo 4 or 5 times a year for week long stays during "old man" baseball tournaments. I am usually a hotel person. So, cleanliness, as well as not feeling as if I am intruding on someone's personal space are important to me. Cary's house fit all of my needs perfectly and beyond. Extremely organized and clean. Comfortable space and location. Excellent washer and dryer. And relaxing backyard. Just perfect! And Cary was exceptional as well.

Convention Center Business Trip

This is an amazing property. It has everything (and I mean everything) you could possibly need for your stay. Beach gear, kitchen equipment and supplies, literally everything! it is incredibly clean given all the items available. Very cozy, cute and relaxing setup. King bed was very comfy, neighborhood was amazingly close to the convention center where we had to work and all kinds of dining and art museum within easy walking distance. DO NOT hesitate to book this property :)

Amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood and an amazing owner

This home was absolutely perfect for our Spring training trip. Cary provided not only the essentials but has gone above and beyond in providing a beautiful home with anything and everything you would need as a traveler in a very nice neighborhood, where it’s walking distance to shops and restaurants. This is the first home I’ve stayed in where extra essentials were provided , such as toothbrushes , toothpaste, bandaids, Q-tips, cooking spices , extra towels , towels and chairs for the beach , bicycles to ride around in the neighborhood, sunscreen, cooler to take to the beach. The backyard is beautiful and relaxing. She has pretty much every appliance you would use at home. We definitely didn’t do without. Cary is an outstanding homeowner who truly cares about her guest and their needs. From day 1, Cary was very responsive and really cared to make sure we had an awesome time. Fabulous, Quaint, Great Neighborhood!

What an amazing VRBO! Cary communicated quickly & wonderfully! Cary & her family’s home is wonderfully quaint. It is completely stocked with literally with anything you’d would possibly need, which isn’t always the case. Like, it even has an ice cream maker & Kitchen Aide Mixer with all the ingredients to whip up chocolate chip cookies, if desired! We, and especially my husband, travel often. So, this is greatly appreciated. It’s a pain packing or running by the store with all the stuff to fulfill basic needs. I loved that she had a Ninja blender for me to make my morning bone broth broth/protein drink. Yay! My husband & I ran every morning in this gorgeous neighborhood, the kids joined us for walks, & my mom biked (2 provided). We loved exploring the neighborhood. We did eat out 2 evenings. Flanagan’s, and then we visited Clematis Street & ate at Bradley’s. The atmosphere was wonderful! There was music for listening & venders selling food & goods. The kids have enjoyed the boogie boards at the ocean. So we were thankful we did not have to purchase any when we got here. The pool was enjoyed. The kids also enjoyed the outdoor shower!

Wonderful House - Great Location

My family with 2 small children enjoyed our stay so much. The house is adorable, has everything you could possibly need from Kids toys, stocked kitchen, indcredible Back yard with pool and BBQ. Palm Beach Break

I rented the house on behalf of my mother, brother and sister-in-law. They had a fanstastic stay, every possible eventuality had been considered by Cary and was catered for by the facilities. Decor was lovely, the house was bright and clean and excellently situated for west palm and palm beach and was in a nice neighbourhood. A really great property and Cary was incredibly diligent and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for the stay.

Beyond my expectations!!!

This was my 1st time vacationing at anyplace other than hotel or motel. Vrbo made it easy to find a place; I secured the time slot needed and paid for everything online. Cary, our wonderful hostess sent me info re check in and was available for questions. The house was fabulous with every conceivable amenity available, and every drawer/door labeled w/contents. The place was clean, cozy and of course the pool a big hit as were the 2 bikes. Great Getaway!

We had a wonderful experience. The property was exactly as listed. Communication with property manager was responsive and everyone had a wonderful time. We will be back next time we are in West Palm Beach area.

Felt like home

We had the best stay at this property! Cary was an incredible host, so detailed and organized which made the check in/out process so easy. She has everything you would need! The daily fresh mangos from the two trees on the property was icing on the cake. We will be renting again!

The property is absolutely fantastic. The backyard was incredible and had everything you could want for a family to enjoy. The property owner was incredible. So thoughtful , shared so much information, really cared to make sure we had an awesome time. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Perfect Stay

The accommodations were prefect - extremely clean, organized and had anything you could possibly need. This home is the BEST! Fully stocked inside and outside by the pool. The host Cary was extremely helpful and readily available to help with any question or concern. The location was excellent- great, safe neighborhood close to museums, shops and the beach. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

Wonderful stay in a charming house

This is the best equipped vbro ever! The owner has thoughtfully provided everything you need for your stay - from coffee to cooking equipment, mouthwash to beach chairs, nothing has been overlooked. The house is lovely and comfortable and my family and I really enjoyed our stay. It’s in a charming, historic neighborhood and close to everything in west palm beach. Will be staying again and highly recommended.

Great Cottage.

The Cottage was clean!! In a quite neighborhood and close to everything we needed. We loved the pool area and just the cozy feeling. The cottage was stocked with everything and more that we needed. This owner has a nice touch!!!
