We only stayed one night and the suite was well appointed and would’ve been great if we were staying longer, but not sure why you’d stay in this location unless you’re going to the airport. If you have a car, it’s only a 15 min drive to some great shopping and dining options where palm trees line the walkways and public spaces, and it’s lit up beautifully at night. We enjoyed this. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely with two big Christmas trees, but the hotel hallways and elevators have a musty stale smoky smell (although it’s a non-smoking hotel I think). They include breakfast in the dining area, but this didn’t open early enough in the morning for us to enjoy, nor did they offer us a bag breakfast or snack to go. We were disappointed there was no free shuttle to the airport, being its nearby. I believe the charge was $15. We wouldn’t likely stay here again as it didn’t provide the extras we’d appreciate for the price of the hotel. We prepaid for the hotel and our check-in and check-out was quick and our deposit was promptly returned.

Housekeepers don't clean the room. Never left the shampooing and every time you have to ask. Front desk offered very bad services and they don't care to much about the visitors. We will find another one.

Quick & easy check in, staff very friendly and helpful, My 2 bedroom suite was very clean. Evening cocktails was awesome, breakfast buffet has a lot of options, and is so delicious, great transportation shuttle service. Our shuttle driver accommodated our large group to the cruise port efficiently. I really enjoyed my stay & i will return.

The rooms were nice the hotel was clean. The staff had no customer service skills and were very cold. I would have rather slept in my car for the price we paid and the 13 hours we were there. Have no plans on ever booking here again.
