The Space:
The Lotus House features smart home technology throughout, along with high-end designer furniture, appliances, and fixtures.

INTERIOR
Kitchen: A full chefs kitchen with a 10' Caesar Stone Island and integrated appliances including a 36" Bertazzoni gas range. Designer European kitchen cabinets equipped with brass finished hardware. Featuring everything you'd need for even the most intricate of meals, appliances include a blender, combination toaster oven and air fryer, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, and Italian expresso maker. A bar station with mixology books are available for you to try your hand at bartending. Complimentary K-cups, a dual rollout spice rack, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and garbage bags are provided.

Washer & Dryer: A Samsung double-stack washer and dryer are provided on the first floor for your use. A complimentary starter set of detergents are provided.

Televisions: Experience streaming like you never have before. The Lotus House features Samsung 4K Picture Frame Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms. When not in use, these televisions turn into works of art with no blue light.

Sound System: Whether you're in the kitchen or by the pool, set the mood with our built-in two channel Sonos surround sound system. When you download the Sonos app, it'll automatically connect to the house and you'll be able to control the music and volume of each channel inside and outside of the house.

Bathrooms: The Lotus House features three stylish full bathrooms. The cabana bathroom is located on the first floor and has dual access for convenience when going back and forth from the pool. A shared bathroom is located near the upstairs landing for the secondary and guest rooms to use. Within the master bedroom, you'll find the private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Closets: The master bedroom and secondary bedroom feature massive walk-in closets with built-in drawers, plenty of length to hang dresses, and room for luggage storage. The guest room features a reach-in closet with drawers and plenty of room to hang your seasonal wardrobe.

EXTERIOR
Landscaping: Kick off your shoes and walk barefoot throughout the entire backyard. The fully fenced in area has been fitted with artificial turf to keep your feet clean and comfortable. The Lotus House is surrounded by Italian Cypress trees, lemon and lime trees, and beautifully exotic plants. A herb garden is available for you to use, located next to the outdoor kitchen. A four hole built-in putting green and two putters are yours to use poolside. Play into the evening using the light up golf balls that illuminate when hit.

Pool: The walkway and pool deck leading to the refreshing water are carved from Italian marble. Enjoy the pool any time, both day and night. In the evening, perimeter lighting and pool lighting are illuminated on a timer allowing you to take a dip no matter the hour. Complimentary pool heating is available upon request. Let us know if you'd like the pool heated prior to your arrival and we'll ensure it's set to an optimum temperature before you check-in.

Outdoor Kitchen: Our full outdoor chefs kitchen is equipped with a 40" stainless steel gas barbeque. The gas is connected to the house so there's no need for a charcoal or propane run while you're here. Two built-in combination refrigerator and and freezers allow for plenty of space to store meats, vegetables, condiments, and beverages.

EV Charging Station: A complimentary EV charging station is available on the front driveway side of the house. Tesla users will need to bring your adaptor.

MOST IMPORTANTLY:
We're pet friendly! We welcome up to two of your furry family members during your stay at The Lotus House and offer complimentary doggie bags and treats.
