Great check in!

Check-in was great. The young man even went to the room to check on whether the room was ready. Upon entering we noticed the sink and tub had hair and debris in them.

We just needed a place to stay for a night and it worked perfect for that, for the price. I had a few issues: When I went to take a shower it did not have a shower curtain, so had to wash my hair over the side of the tub with a cup but when I told the front desk all I got was an “Ok” - Staff was nice, I just expected an apology for the inconvenience. When I went to use the ironing board, it collapsed and fell to the floor. I then noticed the legs wouldn’t lock in place. So I ironed with the board laying on the floor. Other than those 2 things … It served its purpose!

Never saw her smile

Room, location and safety were very good. Individual at the desk had ZERO personality and left us feeling that we were a burden. She was either on her phone or outside smoking. When she was asked for more eggs…she rolled her eyes and continued to visit and finally got around to fixing them. Another guest remarked that she had done the same the morning before. Nice hotel with a poor vibe.

Loved the breakfast and the fridge in the suite. The only thing that concerned me was that I had to keep asking for clean towels since it was two of us in the room but HK was kind enough to give us fresh towels. Also, loved that y'all are pet friendly. My boys loved having a bed all to themselves. If I was able to wash the linens, I would have done so. Thank you again!

The bathroom was clean and functioning. That is all that almost any hotel can do at this point. The entire retail district is an unbearable militarized zone, I doubt anyone gets any sleep because of the wireless technology used by lazy ass authoritarians who would rather sit back and subdue lives and end lives from a redneck tech app than manage a city. I've endured this abuse my entire life, this entire nation is a privileged toilet. You're welcome for being more courteous than I should be. All hotels should discount to hourly rates, because many buildings are just warmnfrom the cold, fake Mafia cover up of what building conditions are or should even be, and you're sitting on your privilege that someone else built it all before, just like every one else, always. You're welcome for continuing to waste my money on your dump. People are hospitable, the rest is a dump behind a veil.
