You cannot beat the value of the Cape Sands Inn - for the price, it was excellent! The proximity to a neighboring resort was a big selling point for us, since our family was staying there. Pros: - Very spacious room with living area - Very comfortable bed - Beautiful water view available - Mini-fridge in room - Pump soap, shampoo, conditioner available in room - Very clean overall - Proximity to stores and restaurants Cons: - Limited parking (with a few spaces that are very hard to get in and out of) - Humid rooms - Stained shower curtain

The manager Lenny was amazing. Our tub was broke and we could not use it. Lenny gave us our nights free for the incovenience... and he was so nice about it all.

Very Lovely Inn in Cape Cod

It was a lovely inn. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our back door. They had corn hole that we spent some time playing in the evening as well as a bonfire that they started each night. The outdoor swimming pool was a bit cold but the indoor pool was nice and the hot tub was very hot. I wish the indoor pool would have been open earlier and stayed open later. They also offered a communal microwave with plates and forks which was nice.

I enjoyed the sands… Beds are good.. The pools are nice… They have a lovely fire pit at night time in the back… You can see the water… It’s lovely for what you pay for it for sure!! But definitely nothing fancy..
