Completely renovated 3 bedroom1 bath in west Yarmouth 600 ft from the Englewood beach.All new interior nicely decorated and central AC makes this a perfect place to return to, after a long day
at the beach. There are number of places to eat(walking distance) on the main street.Mini golf is less than a mile, on the Main street is the inflatable park.Five minutes in the car brings you to down town Hayannis and everything it has to offer.

We had a wonderful week! The place was a perfect size and in a nice quiet neighborhood. My only recommendation is to add a couple full length mirrors to the bedrooms. Otherwise the house is perfect and was very clean!

Nice beach getaway

-The property was very nice, well maintained - very close to the beach (3-5 min walk) - very clean and well equipped - a nice quiet location - private outdoor patio/ bbq area - great family spot.. close to main st and lots to do nearby (mini golf, breakfast, pirate museum, lighthouses) Potential Improvements: -The matresses were very stiff, something a little softer might help -Some of the lights need to be replaced -There was no dustpan, having one would help during cleanup

Needs work

There is potential for this rental to get a better rating from me. I have stayed at several 2-3 bedroom rentals on Cape Cod. I recommend the following things to be considered for other rentals: Eliminate damp feeling and moldy smell. Other rentals I stayed at were dry. Have rental thoroughly cleaned. I spent time wiping down dirty surfaces and washing dishes and glasses after my arrival. Provide pots and pans for stove top cooking. 2 casserole pans are not adequate for preparing meals. Provide more kitchen essentials - dish wash detergent, windex, dish drying rack Eliminate ants. Consider ant traps. We found ants in bedrooms. Install additional towel racks in the bathroom (on wall next to toilet or above existing towel rack). Change kitchen trash can to regular size kitchen trash can, remove bathroom size trash can from kitchen. Repair bubbled/peeling ceiling paint in living area, repair water damaged/moldy dry wall next to bathroom tub. Extra pillows in closet were stained. Provide new. Do not advertise as newly remodeled until repairs are complete.

Great Central Location on the Cape

The house was clean and comfortable and was great for my husband, me and our 3 teenage kids. The neighborhood was quiet and we were close to a small beach. The weather was not ideal while we were there so we didn’t spend much time on the beach. The beds were comfortable - firm - the way we prefer them. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very responsive to a few issues we had while we were there. My only suggestions for improvement - include beach towels or mats or chairs. We were coming from CO so we had to buy beach towels for our 1 day on the beach. Could use more washcloths and a sponge or cloth for the kitchen. Could use a few more extra blankets. It was cold when we were there and there was not enough extra blankets for each of the beds. Probably not an issue in the hot summer months, but would have been nice earlier in the season.
