It was confusing there was dude was one hotel and the round up was another, i couldnt find the office . No coffee till morning .

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room had 4 beds which was great for 5 people. There was no breakfast at the hotel, but it was really close to a great buffet and McDonalds, and a bakery/coffee shop. Easy walking to restaurants and shopping and very close to the Yellowstone entrance.

It was clean and the beds were nice. For the price we should have had a refrigerator and coffee maker.

The doors hinges need wd40, the bath tub is slippery and needs a new curtain, the mini fridge compressor is very loud. But I loved the 4 queen room

The bed was comfortable but there was no furniture other than a desk and a small table with 2 chairs which meant we had to pile our clothes on the table and desk.

It was a basic room, nothing fancy. It is nicer than the pictures however and had all white comforters instead of the outdated ones from the 80s. Kids liked that we could all sleep in the same room with 3 beds. The customer service was nothing to rave about tho. They wouldn’t go out of their way for extra towels (we were a family of 5 and there were a 4 towel standard). We were close to all the shops and right across the street from the forest, just outside the West gate. Everything is pretty much within walking distance.
