Staff on the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Room was well cleaned and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of traffic noise/cool air coming in from around the window frames but considering that it's in a service area on the M25, the noise reduction wasnt bad. Food obtained from the services opposite but you can buy a few small bits from the reception which can be useful
The hotel is like truck stop or waiting area, not taxis going there or uber because of the distance and if they pick you up they will charge twice of the money
The staff especially reception, were very friendly and helpful. I would like to bring to your attention as someone who has always been in customer care. On arrival to check-in, the poor receptionist seemed to be flustered, as he hadn't had time to do everything before he could check me in. He was very pleasant but embarrassed, he had to check to make sure that my room had been prepared. Thank you

The the lady who checked me in was very friendly and personable. I felt right at home talking with her. The rooms are a good size, there's plenty of hot water for showers, and there's lots of selection for food just across from the motel. The rooms are a little old, but clean. My room smelled a little musty, but it might be just due to the age of the motel. For a stop along your journey, it will do just fine. I really appreciate the friendly service. On checking outThe the man on duty was also quite friendly. Discounts were a lot.
Considering the hotel is at M25 services, there was no traffic noise. The lady on check in was very friendly and made a fuss of the dog. The room was a bit dated but it was a dog-friendly room so can understand that. The only downsides were the toilet cistern took an age to refill after being flushed and the room smelt a little musty but for the price we paid, those of very minor complaints. It was good value for money.
Stop over before ferry to France, was perfect for us as a large family. Didn’t have any plug sockets by the beds which having sleep apnea made this a little awkward but reception sorted out an extension lead for me which was very helpful.
