I didn't like the check in experience. We were traveling as a group of three and because one was enroute we were not allowed to check in. It must be understood that many people come to your hotel because of its close proximity to Cleveland Clinic, thus many people are sick. Please be more considerate and empathetic to this.

This was a great place to stay. It was quiet and comfortable. Miranda at the front desk was very helpful and kind and greeted me by name multiple times. The breakfasts were wonderful and I was able to have healthy breakfasts to start my day.

Loved the lady at the front desk. She was super nice and helpful . We came way too early but she helped us figure out what to do. Let us store our luggage and she was able to get the room ready when we came back from an excursion

Get What You Pay For

We got the last room in the hotel (we were told) at the very end of the hall. The soundproofing was so bad we could hear the traffic on the road outside all night and also we could hear everyone tromping up and down the staircase located right next to the room.
