The main house can accommodate up to ten guests in five very comfortable, well-equipped large bedrooms. The adjacent all-ground-floor annex accommodation provides a comfortable retreat for two, perfectly suited for grandparents or guests seeking a quieter space.



The ground floor is light, airy, and spacious throughout. A vast and inviting kitchen awaits culinary adventures, fully equipped with modern amenities to inspire your inner chef. Including large fridge/freezer, hot water tap and dishwasher. Gather around the dining table or unwind in the comfort of multiple living areas. Whether you're seeking quiet moments curled up with a book in the family room or indulging in movie nights by the crackling fireplace, there's a space for all ages and occasions.



Outside, you’ll find an expansive garden, with a small stream running down the side of the property. Indulge in ultimate relaxation with a soak in the outdoor hot tub, catch a movie or one of your favourite shows on the outdoor TV, perfect for a summer's evening.

We have just returned from our New Years Eve stays and had a lovely time.

The house and grounds were perfect for what we needed, the garden and views were beautiful, and the house was well kept. Plenty of space to sit, eatgather in the kitchen. Communication was great, clear instructions given for check in and check out, and text reminders sent which were helpful. A lovely welcome hamper was left on our arrival also. We had a great stay, thank you.

Great find and perfect for our needs

We enjoy our annual ‘no kids’ BH weekend away and this is our first year in this accommodation. Great space downstairs, plenty of kitchen equipment and seating for all. The outside is well maintained and beautiful and the hot tub was great - covered and with TV (even if it did lose the visual during our stay) Really comfortable beds, great sized rooms and very peaceful. Other than the TV, the only other thing that didn’t work was the dishwasher. After trying all settings, we ended up handwashing everything as the cycle just didn’t work.

All guests had nothing but positive comments about this accommodation. Very spacious, comfy and well equipped. Company were quick to respond to messages and the booklet in the cottage was clear and comprehensive. A great place to hold a family get together. I would highly recommend. Incredible house and location for a family trip for my mum's 60th birthday. Age ranging from 63 to 7 months old. The house has everything you need for your trip, plenty of room for everyone to spread out but also come together for meal times and relaxing. Location wise it's perfect for visiting several local beaches including the pier but also then come back to the quiet surroundings of the farmhouse. Would highly recommend to everyone!
