When we checked in the lady was absolutely wonderful very helpful however, when I checked out or try to both ladies of their completely ignored me and I was standing up there for a few minutes the older lady was on the phone and as soon as she got off the phone. I handed her my key and she immediately got on the phone. Neither one of them acknowledge me or said anything. Very disappointing being we just moved to this town and this is how they treat their locals. My daughter went to get breakfast and got nasty. Looks because she went back to get more. We booked two rooms and had three kids so the look she was getting from the service was completely unacceptable. Sorry we ate your food. We barely even took anything so I didn’t appreciate that.

A Gem of a place along 25 north of Cheyenne.

This facility is a GEM in the valley driving from Billings to Cheyenne and Denver. We were tired and hungry trying to make it to Cheyenne hotel prices there were ridiculous and so I checked hotels.com and found this new hotel which is better than the courtyard I stayed in at Billings the night before. A fantastic Mexican restaurant just two blocks away and a couple other nice restaurants in town. If you’re going north or south on 25 I need a fantastic place to stay and get a great night’s rest. I highly recommend it.

The Perfect Hotel

Clean, quiet, and extraordinarily comfortable. A perfect hotel stop and stay. We would definitely return. Also Tesla Suoerchargers and destination chargers on premises. They advertise a continental breakfast that in reality was a full meal. Everyone was hospitable.

The hotel and rooms were very nice. Our only complaints are that the woman who checked us in was not very friendly and the bathroom sink could have been cleaner... Also, online it said that the fee for a dog was $25, but when we got there they said it was $30. I told the woman who checked us in about that and she laughed at me.
