About the home
This lovely chalet inspired two Bedroom upgraded condo offers one of the best ski-in/ski-out slope-side locations on Blackcomb Mountain! This unit has a king-sized master bedroom with en-suite and air conditioning, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. Shared laundry is available in the complex as well as a complimentary Ski & Snowboard storage.

The Aspens is an updated lodge-style building, nestled slope side on Blackcomb Mountain with ski in/ski out convenience. Guests are within walking distance of both Blackcomb Base and Whistler Village. A highly desirable location.

Parking is available at C$26/day in a secure, heated, underground parking lot. Height restrictions may apply.
⌂ No smoking, no parties, no pets, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ This home only has air conditioning in the Master bedroom. Portable fans are provided in all other bedrooms and the living area.
⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
⌂ Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions.
⌂ Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 6 adults. The fifth and the sixth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
⌂ If you want to have the king bed set as two twins upon your arrival, please let us know as soon as you finalize your booking. Requests made at a later time may be subject to a fee.

Very nice suite!

This suite was very nice - it was very clean and not at all run-down. The pool and hot tubs were great and very well maintained, with plenty of chairs and loungers available. The building is a short walk from the upper village with plenty to do around it. Lost Lake is a manageable walk. Communications were clear and the checkout expectations weren't demanding. The only major issue isn't the fault of the owners, but the only elevator serving the building was out of service for the second half of our stay. It did make carrying everything down to the parkade a bit rough, though the owners of the suite aren't responsible for the building's elevator!

For MTB in July, hot and secluded with no view

The unit itself is excellent: Great Appliances, nice beds. The view: nonexistent. It's basically at ground level, so your view is a small lawn and some pine trees. Not terrible, but we couldn't leave the slider open during the day, which made it even hotter. My main issue was the temperature: it’s just surprisingly hot in there, even when it’s only 65° outside. You would think it is in the shade all day based on the listing, but in July it got sun all day, especially in the morning, so it was hot early then all day. There's one of those hotel A/C units in the master bedroom. Our first few days it was in the 80's outside so we had to leave the AC cranked all day and all night with fans blowing the cool air out of our room into the main room, so we were freezing to make the rest of the unit livable. Once the weather cooled off to highs in the 60's, it was good for temperature, though we still had to open the sliding door to cool the main room. Due to it being ground level, we didn't feel comfortable leaving the sliding patio door open all day. LOCATION: The Aspens are about a five minute uphill ride from the village. It was really quiet, with an uphill bike ride home each evening. The bike storage rooms in the garage were great, but they're at the most distant end of the building from this unit, so it's a long walk back. Overall, great trip and great biking and we survived the heat because the the weather cooled off. Next time I really want a view and central AC.

Perfect location

We'll be back!

Very nice apartment, not cluttered, enough space to put your clothes etc. We really liked it. Location couldn't be better, away from the buzz but only 3 min walk to coffee, and 8 min to lots of restaurants. Ski area is amazing so yes, we'll be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this vrbo. The location was perfect for easy access to the village areas and it was very convenient to be able to ski out right onto the slope. The host was very responsive and the apartment was very clean! Perfect for what we were looking for.

Excellent location, very comfortable condo. Best ski-in/ski-out location we have ever had. Easy walk to everything in both Blackcomb and Whistler villages. On-site ski rental was a huge plus. Great communication with manager. Highly recommend this location.

Loved it!

We loved how convenient this location is, although it’s not in the village it is easily walkable to the Chñteau. It is also ski in ski out. The one complaint we had were the pillows were horrible so if you’re coming, I would bring your own pillow. They are way too big and way too firm.
