Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps 4 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a walk-through closet, and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower, single vanity, and a sauna. This room has no external window, offering a quiet place to rest. The secondary bedroom features a queen bed and views toward Blackcomb Mountain and the village.

The open-plan living area blends cozy seating, soft lighting, and rustic barn board accents for relaxed evenings after winter adventures. Large sliding doors lead directly to the covered deck and hot tub, allowing you to step between warm interior comfort and the fresh alpine air with ease.

The condo also includes a private entrance, clothing storage, a safe, an indoor fireplace, and bathroom and bedroom essentials. Shared ski storage is available in the garage, and both a grocery store and liquor store are located just downstairs. Additional conveniences include a washer, dryer, TV, portable fans, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and self check-in with a smart lock. Long term stays are allowed.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nestled beside the Whistler Conference Centre, with a grocery store and liquor store right downstairs, everything you need is at your doorstep. âą No window in the primary bedroom. Please note there is no window in the primary bedroom
âą Hot tub jets and sauna may not be used at the same time; when the sauna is switched on, the hot tub jets will be turned off automatically. Once the sauna has been turned off, please expect a 20 minute delay before the hot âą tub jets resume functionality.
âą Ski storage. Please be aware that the shared ski storage is in the garage. We advise you to bring your own ski lock
âą Stairs. There is no elevator in the building, access from the car park is up two flights of stairs. Access from the street is up one flight of stairs
âą No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
âą Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
âą Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
âą No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
âą Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
