Nancy Greene created this beautiful hotel and Crystal Lodge has kept the magic. It’s the focal point of Whistler and connects to everything. We loved the history, the conveniences, the location in the heart of the village. We loved the mountain views and hope that our choice of hotel also reflected our wish to keep more of our dollars in Canadian operated businesses. All of the staff we met were delightful. Parking was convenient and they had so many little touches that we found thoughtful. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Everything was great about the hotel except for the hot tub. Went to whistler for a golf trip and we were looking forward to the hot tub… we stayed for 20 minutes and left.
