Very nice clean comfortable condo in great location to access everything at Whistler. The bed was very comfortable. Full kitchen was well-equipped. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Nice balcony. Great washer and dryer in unit. Easy underground parking. Excellent value during summer season.

Liked - pet friendly, nice layout to room, nice pool, stocked with practical kitchen tools, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, grounds around hotel, underground parking, nice creek beside hotel. Dislike - pets can't be poolside (even in a kennel), room walls were dirty. Deck flooring super hot to touch. Wouldn't refund my last nights stay despite providing well over 2 days of notice to both Expedia and the hotel....had a sick family member and had to return home. Proof provided. They wouldn't budge, no grace provided to us. Tough to reach anyone there after the fact. No front desk at property, so you have to go to Lodging Ovations next property over. Had to get out of vehicle to push a button to get out of parkade instead of it auto opening which was a bit frustrating.
I don't even want to know what was on this wall by the couch 🤮

Well located being very close to Whistler yet away from the hustle and bustle. Easy check in and well-equipped spacious room on the top floor overlooking the pool and hot tubs. Improvements suggested: an electric water kettle would be super!

It was nice to use the clean kitchen and spacious bathroom with a shower booth and bathtub. However, the bed sheet on the pull-out couch seemed a bit old. It's a room for four people, but there was only one blanket, so it wasn't enough to cover two people.
