The Space:

Snow-laden evergreens stand quietly outside the windows as warmth gathers indoors, where firelight flickers and the mountain feels close but hushed. After a day moving through crisp alpine air, you return to a space designed for slowing down - boots set aside, heat rising through the floors, and the forest settling into evening around you. From first light to long winter nights, the home offers a steady sense of calm above the valley below.



Living space

Set high in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this multi-level home spans more than 4,000 square feet and is positioned for ski-in/ski-out access when conditions allow. A private gondola connects the neighborhood directly to Creekside Village, offering a short ride to dining, shops, and lift access during ski season, typically from late December through March depending on snowfall. Inside, the open living area brings together vaulted ceilings, cherrywood finishes, and expansive windows framing forest and mountain surroundings. A hanging fireplace anchors the space, with generous seating that flows naturally toward the deck.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals after a day on the mountain, with ample counter space and room to gather. A large dining table seats up to ten guests, making shared dinners easy and unhurried. Morning coffee or evening conversations continue naturally here, with winter light filtering in through the surrounding trees.



Living and gathering spaces

Beyond the main living area, a lower-level media lounge with its own fireplace creates a quieter retreat for movie nights or reading. Radiant heated floors run throughout the home, and air conditioning is available for warmer months. Laundry facilities, a mudroom, and practical storage help longer stays feel effortless.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary suite on the main level features a California king bed, a flat-screen TV, and forest views through wide windows. Its ensuite includes a soaking tub and steam shower. On the lower level, one bedroom offers a queen bed and TV with a nearby bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each include a double bed with a trundle and share an ensuite bathroom. A fifth bedroom provides another queen bed, a TV, and its own ensuite bathroom. In total, the home sleeps up to ten guests.



Outdoor space

Stepping outside brings you to a deck and patio area surrounded by trees, where winter evenings often end with time in the hot tub as snow settles quietly around you. A BBQ and outdoor furniture are available when weather allows.



Neighborhood

Kadenwood sits approximately 1,000 feet above Whistler’s valley floor, offering a peaceful setting with direct slope access during ski season. Creekside Village is reached by gondola, and Whistler Village is a short drive away for additional trails and amenities.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Security cameras. Please note that exterior security cameras are installed at the property's front and rear entrances.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
