Sleeping arrangements
This two-level townhome accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, its own fireplace, a TV with cable, and a private balcony. Two additional upper-level bedrooms each offer a double bed and direct access to the deck where the hot tub sits beneath open winter skies. On the main level, a fourth bedroom provides a queen bed, a TV, and patio access. An extra powder room on the main floor adds convenience for shared living.

The open-concept main level reflects its alpine surroundings with exposed log posts, beams, and vaulted ceilings. Gather in the family room for relaxed evenings with TV and cable or slip into the quieter living area where a gas fireplace creates an inviting place to read, talk, or warm up after your time on the mountain. The dining area seats six and sits beside the patio, while a breakfast bar for three offers an easy spot for quick meals before heading out into the cold.

A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, Bosch appliances, and heated slate floors supports everything from simple breakfasts to hearty winter dinners. Its layout encourages shared cooking and makes returning home after skiing feel unhurried and comfortable.
Outdoor living
Winter days end beautifully on the wrap-around deck. Sink into the private hot tub as the air cools around you or enjoy a quiet moment on the patio or balcony spaces when the weather allows. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill are available for use in suitable conditions.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
Getting Around:
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. The bus is on a set schedule and is CAD 2.50 per person each way. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.
