Living spaces
Two separate living areas allow your group to gather or spread out with ease. The main level features an open layout with mountain-facing windows, a sectional arranged beside a 55" 4K Smart TV, Sonos Dolby soundbar, and an indoor fireplace that anchors the room on snowy evenings. Downstairs, a second living area includes a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound, creating a relaxed space for movies, games, or winding down after time outdoors.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is designed for shared meals and winter mornings, with heated floors, stainless steel appliances, and ample space to cook together. A dining table seats eight, complemented by a breakfast bar with seating for three. Step out to the balcony to use the BBQ when conditions allow, adding a fresh alpine backdrop to home-cooked meals.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and four bathrooms accommodate up to ten guests. On the upper level, the primary bedroom includes a king-split bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, a gas fireplace, and access to a private deck, while a third bedroom features a queen bed and wardrobe storage. A shared bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves this level.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complexâs outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Snowbird is located in Whistlerâs Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountainâs ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, itâs a short walk to Lost Lake Parkâperfect for swimming, biking, and hikingâand the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond.
