Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, Bluetooth speaker, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed bathtub, overhead shower, and single vanity. On the lower level, one bedroom includes a queen bed and the other offers a queen and twin bed, giving families and groups flexibility and comfort. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, and a main-floor powder room adds convenience.



Outdoor living

Step from the living room onto the private patio or balcony and take in the cool mountain air. The BBQ grill and outdoor furniture allow for relaxed moments outside, even in winter, while the private hot tub offers a soothing place to unwind beneath the snow-laden treetops.

Ski access

Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail connected to the Lower Olympic Run, typically open from late December through March depending on snow conditions. The ski-in route ends at approximately 100 stairs leading down to the Northern Lights enclave, and ski-out requires climbing the same stairs to regain the trail. Whistler Village and the gondolas are just a two-minute drive or taxi ride away.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. • Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
