The Space:

Snow settles quietly around you as you step inside, the warmth of the indoor fireplace immediately easing the chill from a day spent on Whistler’s slopes. Soft winter light fills the open-concept living spaces, creating a calm place to unwind while the mountains rest outside. Evenings drift naturally toward the wrap-around deck, where the private hot tub steams in the cold air and offers a peaceful pause beneath the season’s quiet skies.



Sleeping arrangements

This two-level townhouse accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The upper-level primary bedroom features a king bed, its own fireplace, a TV with cable, and a private balcony for stepping out into the crisp morning air. Two additional upstairs bedrooms each include a double bed and direct access to the deck where the hot tub sits, making it easy to move between warm indoor comfort and the cool outdoor atmosphere. On the main level, the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, a TV, and access to the patio. An additional powder room on this floor adds convenience for shared living.



Living spaces

Exposed log posts, beams, and vaulted ceilings frame the open-concept main level, bringing the alpine setting indoors. The family room provides relaxed seating for quiet evenings with TV and cable, while a separate living area with a gas fireplace offers a tucked-away spot to warm up after skiing or to enjoy a slower start to the day. The dining area seats six beside the patio, and a breakfast bar for three creates an easy place for quick meals before heading back into the snow.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, Bosch appliances, and heated slate floors, supporting everything from simple morning coffee to hearty winter meals. Its layout encourages shared cooking and provides a welcoming space to regroup between mountain adventures.



Outdoor living

Winter days end beautifully on the wrap-around deck, where you can sink into the private hot tub as cold air rises off the surrounding trees. The patio and balcony areas offer additional outdoor spaces to enjoy when the weather allows. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill are available for use in suitable conditions.

The townhouse includes WiFi, a dedicated workspace, heating, an indoor fireplace, in-unit washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, a kitchen, portable fans, a safe, and free parking in the garage. A private entrance with a smart lock supports smooth self check-in, and guests also have access to tennis courts within the complex. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock for those who want a quiet winter walk by the water.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.



Getting Around:

This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. The bus is on a set schedule and is CAD 2.50 per person each way. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home.

• The Goldenwood complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
