The Space:

Snow hushes the trees as you step inside, boots set aside and gloves warming near the fireplace. Outside, Blackcomb Mountain rises through the evergreens; inside, light pours through tall windows and the living space opens up for slow mornings and easy evenings together. After a day in the cold, the calm of the townhouse settles in with shared meals, quiet conversations, and the steady glow of the fire.



Living spaces

The open-concept living area sits beneath vaulted ceilings, framed by expansive windows that keep the space bright even on snowy days. A sectional sofa gathers everyone near the indoor fireplace, with a TV ready for relaxed nights in. Step out to the patio or balcony to take in mountain views and crisp alpine air. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill are available when conditions allow.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is designed for real cooking and lingering meals, with a full setup that makes it easy to prepare breakfasts before heading out or dinners after a full day outdoors. The dining table seats eight comfortably, with additional seating at the breakfast bar so everyone can gather in one place.



Sleeping arrangements

Across three levels, the townhouse offers four bedrooms for up to eight guests. On the main floor, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a private step-out balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a bathtub and a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom on this level has a king-split bed, TV, and its own ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.



On the lower level, the third bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and direct access to a shared bathroom and deck. The fourth bedroom has a king-split bed and also opens to the deck. These two rooms connect to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.



Bathrooms & comfort

Three bathrooms serve the home, with bathroom essentials provided. Heating and an indoor fireplace keep the space comfortable through winter, and portable fans are available for warmer days.



Convenience & amenities

A dedicated mudroom makes transitions easy, offering bench seating, storage, and a boot dryer for winter gear. In-unit washer and dryer, high-speed wifi, a dedicated workspace, and secure underground parking for two vehicles add everyday ease. After a day on the slopes or winter trails, unwind in the shared hot tub within the Snowbird complex. The townhouse sits along the free shuttle route, offering convenient access to Whistler Village, ski lifts, and the trails around Lost Lake.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Was clean and updated. In the description it does say there is no AC which wasn’t a big deal except the one day we arrived and it was 86 degrees inside (we stayed in July). There are fans in each room and it cooled down at night. If you’re using the garage entrance you’ve got to haul your luggage up 3 flights (which it also states in the description). We had a car rental but it was close enough to walk to the village. We would definitely stay there again.

Spotless and super location

This is by far the cleanest rental we've ever experienced! Sparkling clean. Really well appointed, with plenty of nice pillows on each bed. And the location was a super easy shuttle ride (or walk) to the mountain. We'll definitely be back.
