BRAND NEW Beachfront Villa best sandy beach in TCI with pool Fox Tail Palm Villa

We have come to Turks & Caicos for 20 + years, we found this idyllic location for sale a few years ago and snapped it up! Situated on one acre on the Pumpkin Bluff Beach, the most exclusive beach on the island and a mini Grace Bay, being here is pure paradise. My wife and I designed, built and furnished our home called Fox Tail Palm Villa and it is now ready for guests!
From the large sliding glass doors in the living room and both bedrooms, look over the built in pool to the blues and greens of the ocean. Step out of the sliding glass doors and onto the patio, protected from the sun in the center, and have your morning coffee, lunch or dinner al fresco at the comfortable table and chairs overlooking the pool and the ocean. Jump in the pool or walk right down to your own private 110 foot beach and take a dip in the calm beautiful waters of Pumpkin Bluff. Take a nap in the blissful hammock between the trees on the beach, or sit in the Brazillian hammock in the gazebo and read a book or fall asleep. Total serenity is waiting for you.
If you'd like some exercise, bring your snorkeling gear, or use the gear provided at the house. There's plenty to see right in front of the house! Take out a kayak and explore the shores along Pumpkin Bluff and beyond, or take a long walk along the very secluded beach. You actually may not see another person!

North Caicos serenity

Beach is just outside and the water is 78 F. Get our and explore the Islands to the east. Shop when you can and ask when the re supply boat is coming in. Bring insect repellant, evening and early the sand fleas can ruin your trip in moments!!

You will not want to leave

If your idea of a vacation is solitude with modern home conveniences, with the best beach around this is your place. Even though this home is in a remote location we still had a few other families in the cluster of about 5 homes, making me feel comfortable about safety. Everyone kept to themselves and you rarely saw anyone else at the beach. The pool was great for the kids. We took naps in the hammocks. We did pack all of our food and didn't need to buy anything on the island but you could grocery shop if you need to (just don't expect your typical grocery store). It took exactly 7 minutes to get from the main road to the house, which is mostly 'sand road'. The property manager met us at the ferry and escorted us to the house. The owner also answered all of my questions. I rarely ever plan to go back to a destination twice but could easily see bringing my family back here.
