Everything you need and nothing that you don't

Here's what I wanted to do at Seven Mile Island. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the beach. I didn't need a pool or a waiter to come bring me my Diet Coke, or lots of people I don't know around. White Sands was exactly what I needed. A small, clean, condo with a view of the ocean. Walked out the back door and there was the beach and two chaise lounges. We could go back and forth to the condo in just a few steps. The condo had great A/C, kitchen with the essentials, comfortable living room with TV (not a smart TV but it worked just fine). The down side was it was not convenient to grocery stores or restaurants so either rent a car or use taxis. Also there are little no see um bugs that come out at dusk so bring some bug spray with you. This place was otherwise perfect and we hope to stay here again.

30th wedding anniversary trip

We have been coming to Cayman for the last several years and have stayed at various places up and down seven mile beach. White Sands is our new favorite and we will be returning. We could not have asked for a better stay. The home was lovely, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location is top notch and the beach/water is amazing at this property. Can't recommend enough!

Dream Vacation

The pictures do not show how wonderful this property is. The unit is comfortable and extremely clean. The location is close enough to the best restaurants in West Bay and Georgetown, but just off the beaten path enough to provide the perfect amount of privacy. The beach is shaded with a beautiful swimming area. Cushioned chairs are provided and are just steps off the porch. The property manager, Marji, was extremely nice and attentive. There is nothing the property company did not think of regarding needs and information.

An Absolute Delight

We were greeted upon our arrival and made to feel very welcome! The unit was perfect for my husband and I. We could literally step out the back door and into the sand! We enjoyed the mellow feel of this area of Seven Mile Beach and also appreciate that a quick walk down the beach led us to good restaurants and/or great snorkeling. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely hope to stay here again soon!

Beautiful quiet beach

Had a great stay on this beautiful beach right outside the door! very quiet and plenty of shade with the palm trees. The condo was well equipped and had plenty of room for 2 people. It was about a 5-10 minute drive to most restaurants. Will definitely go back!

Great location and beautiful beach

My wife and I stayed here 4 nights and loved this property. We stayed in White Sands 1 and it was very clean and ready for us to arrive. Plenty of beach towels and two beach chairs that we could use. Would definitely recommend this condo and we will be looking forward to our next trip to Grand Cayman and White Sands!

We couldn’t have had a better experience on our short trip to White Sands. The condo was clean, provided great privacy, on a beautiful beach, and a perfect distance from great restaurants/attractions. The property manager, Marji, was kind and very attentive to our needs. We are so lucky to have stayed here, we wish we didn’t have to leave! When I return to Grand Cayman, I guarantee I will stay at another Cayman Villas property - hopefully this special condo!

Wonderful condo with magnificent view

This property was absolutely wonderful! We loved being on the ground floor and opening the back sliding door to the beach. The view of the beautiful water, blue skies, and palm trees was breath-taking! It was our very own beach where we could relax and enjoy Cayman! The inside was tastefully furnished with contemporary decor and had everything we needed for our two week family vacation. But nothing beats the gorgeous view and being right there on the beach! The property manager, Marji, was very helpful and provided excellent service! What a lovely person! This is an excellent property and I highly recommend it!

Beautiful View!

The condo at White Sands was great. We had our own parking, our own lounge chairs, and everything we needed for our stay. The condo was perfectly located on Seven Mile Beach. All we had to do was step off the porch and our toes were in the sand and we were off to the beautiful water. It was like we had our own private beach. We were a short drive to the grocery stores and some fabulous restaurants. It was wonderful and we would definitely stay again!

Coming to CI for many years, 7 MB, stayed at many 2,3 lux condos at much higher price point. As a single, this price was best value, the very best part of the beach. Condo older, a little worn but linens, towels, kitchen all perfect. Lots of soaps, supplies, detergent provided. Quiet, secluded. Will def return

Everything was great except for 1 thing

The safe is terrible and locked us out with our car keys & $$ in it. When we attempted to call “Marji” the “manager” which is what almost every paper told us who our manager was, we got no response. We emailed called, texted etc!! We needed our car & $$ so I found 1 small business card that had another name John on it so I called that number. He answered immediately and was there to help out within 30 minutes. My ? Was why was Marji the one we were told on multiple papers to call when John was our manager and only had 1 business card there? Also there was no shampoo & conditioner or bug spray supplied. Other then those few things the condo was perfect as was the beach & water!! Would for sure stay there again if given the opportunity!
