If you’re searching for a special holiday – a rare chance to escape the humdrum of daily living and experience a magical island getaway – Lagoon 204A on Hamilton Island is just what you’re looking for. On the resort side of the Island, this top floor studio apartment has stunning views and overlooks Catseye Beach.

The balcony has its own outdoor setting and your own private barbecue.

The studio apartment is designed for couples for that special occasion or if you are on your own for some rest and relaxation.

The apartment is fully self-contained, air-conditioned and includes a king size bed, beautifully polished floor boards, a stainless steel kitchenette, laundry, a large indoor corner spa, a 42” plasma TV, a Bose Stereo System and a flat TV in the bathroom to watch a DVD or cable TV. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen and bath towels are supplied (you need to bring your own beach towels).

Unwind on your balcony and enjoy the sensational views of paradise and sip on your glass of champagne which will be waiting for you on arrival.

There’s so much to keep you entertained on Hamilton Island. You have access to all resort facilities including water sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*. As well as having access to the resort pools, all guests and residents of these apartments have the use of the beautiful Frangipani and Hibiscus private swimming pools, spa and two private barbeques. *Charges Apply

The hub of Hamilton Island is bustling with activity. There are many shops, activities and tours available as well as child-minding and baby-sitting services. And if you feel like dining out, choose from more than ten restaurants or takeaway outlets. There’s also a IGA Supermarket and bakery.

To make it easy for you to explore the island, you’ll have full use of a complimentary buggy. We also offer a complimentary valet service to pick you up and drop you back at the Airport or Ferry Terminal.

Most credit cards are accepted on the island. There’s also an ATM outside the Westpac Bank on the harbour side of the Island and EFTPOS facilities are available.

Have never left a poor report before but here we are. Whilst the location is perfect, the property is in need of some care. From the dangerously chipped glassware, broken towel racks in the bathroom, stained furniture and dirty hand prints on the doors, broken blinds that obstructed the view, the broken sliding door to the patio which made going outside difficult, we were really disappointed for price. The outdoor common areas were not maintained with the droppings of local bush rats and wallabies in walkways and on stairs. We had a problem with the provided buggy and called the number given for help and had no reply. Wont be recommending this one sorry.

Property is rundown. Broken clothes airer. Chipped glass, missing utensils. A blind that does not go up. The mattress is disgraceful. Furniture with stains. I believe it is overpriced. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Incredible location and views

Incredible location with great views of the ocean being 3 flours up. On the far side of the island away from the harbour making it a bit more quiet and secluded. Includes a good buggy which is a must in this location. Kitchen supplies are a bit rudimentary and the property requires some important maintenance.

Very nice place to stay, great views

A very nice getaway long weekend in the Lagoon apartment. Very quiet and nice accommodation. Outside was a little unkempt and never got cleaned but other than that it was very good.

Best View on the Island!

Property in a fantastic location, looking out directly to Catseye Beach and other islands. Every facility you need for 1 or 2 people, including buggy. Had an awesome time!

Perfect location for everything. Great unit for 2 people. Unfortunately out bbq did not work.

Overall experience was great. Loved every minute of it. Unfortunately out bbq did not work, tried to contact someone to come and fix or replace but no one showed up.

Nice apartment, but fairly tired accomodation

The location, view and listing was very nice. However the accommodation is quite tired and a little run down. Really needs a half decent renovation and an actual proper deep clean.

Great Location

We loved our stay. A few minor items to make the stay more enjoyable. Complimentary soap, initial small milk for the supplied coffee and tea. Bin in the room wasnt clean and has butts still in it, but didnt feel like they were from within the room. Loved the view from the bed, amazing. Great location. Great buggy, picked up at airport was easy, Clean and will be back next year for sure. Thank you!

Perfect for one or two people

We chose this studio apartment for 5 nights for our 10th wedding anniversary & it was just right! It has a lovely view, all the amenities, we didn’t want to cook so we ate out everynight! The spa bath actually allows you to look at the view which we loved! & the check in & concierge Dakota was fantastic! Very easy going & friendly. Definitely would recommend for a couple of a loner as it’s for all tv Chanel’s, a small fridge for cheese & biscuits & a bottle of wine & a few beers!

Perfect oasis

Really lived up to my expectations! Had everything I needed to enjoy my own space whilst exploring Hamilton Island. Amazing view of Catseye beach and islands which I thoroughly enjoyed whilst eating my eggs, smoked salmon and smashed avo for breakfast and cooking my steak on the BBQ on the balcony. Loved the spa after a long day walking and swimming. Enjoyed the company of a few friendly cockatoos too! Only suggestion would be to replace the frypan as the handle is very loose and dust away the webs and little moths from the cornices in the hallway. All in all loved my stay and would definitely recommend.
