Not only is Poinciana 206 the ideal private getaway spot, it’s fantastic value with so much to offer with spacious rooms and sensational views.

Picture yourself on the balcony, relaxing with a drink while soaking up the magnificent views. There is a barbeque and a dining setting on the patio for outdoor entertaining.

The apartment is completely self-contained, brand new ducted air conditioning and includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The kitchen is a modern open plan with microwave, dishwasher, all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and a Breville Nespresso (10 pods supplied). Linen and bath towels are supplied, you will just need to bring your own beach towels.

We’ll make sure your holiday runs smoothly, by picking you up and dropping you off at the Airport or Ferry terminal. And so you can explore the island with ease, we’ll provide you with the full use of a complimentary buggy during your stay.

There’s plenty to keep you entertained on Hamilton Island. You have access to all resort facilities including water sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*. As well as enjoying the resort pools, all guests and residents of these apartments have the use of your own private swimming pool, with spa and BBQ.

Visit the centre of Hamilton Island if you’d like to visit the many retail outlets or check out the dozens of activities available through tour operators.

Whatever takes your fancy in the food stakes; there are more than ten restaurants to choose from, various take-away outlets, a bakery and IGA Supermarket on the Island. You can also take advantage of ordering your groceries prior to your arrival with IGA Airlie Beach Online and have them delivered to the Island.

Most credit cards are accepted and there are several ATM’s around the Island. EFTPOS facilities are also available.

Very good but.....

Great location and the apartment was good except for large area of mould on kitchen ceiling, left hand sliding door to the balcony near impossible to open, barbeque had not been cleaned. Of concern was the fact that the passenger side seat belt on the buggy did not retract. A few things to fix up to make the experience even better.

Great apartment with fab view

Young family stayed here. Unit and furnishings were very comfortable with the exception of the bathroom that while clean and working really needs a make over. Apartment was clean with lots of supplies included, great having a buggy, kids seat and beach towels too. The view was lovely as unit is situated on a hill and only a short walk or ride for either side of the island which was convenient. Many kangaroos visiting each morning & night on the lawn right in front and lots of birds. However for a 10 nights stay i would have expected a mini clean or at least a change of towels and linen to be offered.

Lovely apartment

It was lovely. For the price we paid we thought the bathroom would be a little bit more modern, it was quite outdated. The second room needs some blinds on the shutters above as it's quite bright and noisy in with people, buggies and birds. Everything else was perfect and comfy, kept well, great supplies available.
