Big Loft in the Heart of Old Town

A large loft in a historic 1929 building. Fully appointed with all the items to enjoy a weekend or long term stay. The loft is for a maximum of 8 people to be used as a place to stay - not a venue or party venue. No parties allowed - this is strictly enforced. Full kitchen with all the cooking equipment as well as a wet bar. The 1929 refurbished loft has foosball table, shuffleboard, steel tip dart board and a baby grand piano! Two large smart TV's and a great view of the city. Located right above Bite Me BBQ, across the street from Norton's Brewery, and step out front turn left and you can see Intrust Bank Arena just a block away!
The space
Sleeping areas:
1 large main bedroom with two queen beds (4 people)
2 deluxe pull out couches (4 people) one in front living room one in west living space
Large spacious rooms. Fully appointed items in bar and kitchen. 3 full bathrooms.
Guest access
Access to everything is allowed except two locked supply closets and back unfinished loft unless an emergency where the back fire escape is needed.

Nice place to stay. Great food down stairs. Nice short walk to Intrust Bank Arena. Lots of room really enjoyed the 3 bathrooms with 6 people.

We booked a month in advance. The weekend we were to use the VRBO, a major Kansas snow storm rolled in. We were too late to cancel, however the owner was gracious enough to cancel it for us and we will re-book. He didn't have to do that, but was very kind and warm about it. Thank you and we look forward to using the Loft soon!

This loft is very cool & well appointed. It’s much bigger than you would think, and the bedroom is bigger than you would think. A couple of issues I think need fixed is that you have to download an app for door entry. If your phone is stolen, breaks, get lost or has no charge
you can’t get in.Another issue is that it’s stated in the description that there’s free parking out front. The city has recently started charging for parking and that adds up! If you’re parking out back, and Bit Me BBQ is closed
you have to walk around all the buildings to get to your car. ;which for us was cold, and little sketchy at night. Ice maker doesn’t work
but BITE ME BBQ gave us a bag of ice. It’s a great place
but to me
those 2 issues were something to definitely consider before renting.

Loft was perfect location for going to INTRUST arena. Nice short walk. Little BBQ smell but what do you expect being right above Bite Me BBQ.

Amazing Place

Spacious and inviting with lots of room for entertainment. My wife and I used it more like an oasis. Highly recommended to anyone. I had a slight issue with the lock, but the owner made himself available and I quickly was in. Thank you for an amazing nights stay!

Awesome Place!

This was our groups second time to stay here & we have the same positive feedback as we did the first time. The location is great, the place is spacious & decorated much like I would do my own home. Plenty of essentials available if necessary, & communication with the property manager was superb. Thank you again for having such an amazing property for our group!

Big Loft and Baseball

Our main goal was to be within walking distance of Riverfront Stadium and it was perfect. We stopped at several of Wichita Bars and clubs walking to all without worrying about drinking and driving. We had a wonderful time and place to stay!

Great Spot!

This loft has plenty of space! It was a great place to relax and play the games provided, including darts and foosball. Its central location was great, as just about everything we wanted to do while in Wichita was walkable. We will be booking this spot for our next trip!

Great Loft in Old Town Wichita

My whole family loved it. There was something for everyone. We also hosted our extended family in the BiteMe bbq/bar downstairs and everyone had a great time. So convenient!
