Casita 3 blocks from downtown! Very clean !

This western Casita was built in 2014. Brand new King size mattress in 2021. Very convenient location 3 blocks from downtown. Close to restaurants, entertainment, the museum, the theatre, and shops. Tile floors and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, The unit also has a washer and dryer. This is a one bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bathroom has a shower. Professionally decorated. Cute little fenced and private back yard with barbecue and seating. Located less than three blocks from entrance to Simpson Arena and very close to Rancho Rio if you need to board a horse and/or rope. Check out our sister western casita right next door (VRBO # 643288) if you are traveling with friends or family.
PLEASE Note: our cleaning fees are according to length of stay to give my cleaning lady ample time to keep our standards high 1-6 nights is standard rate 7-21 nights $125

Cute little place, comfy bed, well-stocked

We found the property to be easy to find and access, it had what we needed and was conveniently located. The bed was very comfortable - which is important for us older folks - and everything worked as expected. It was a little noisy while someone nearby was doing yard work, and the blinds didn't completely darken the bedroom from outside lights (at night). Earplugs and an eye mask might be good to have if you're a sensitive sleeper. Washer dryer in unit but there wasn't laundry detergent available. Would stay again!

Little leary of the neighborhood. Loud music and angry neighbor. Otherwise we walked to eat and enjoyed Dave Stamey. Very clean and comfortable bed.

Wonderful in Wickenburg!

Decor, cleanliness, convenience...exceeded all expectations! Pride of ownership shines throughout the Casita. Well stocked kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. Nice towels, comfortable bed with extra blanket and bedspread. Extra pillows too. WiFi was great. TV was good, but missed Fox news. Above all the decor was awesome. From the furniture to the wall decor, western theme throughout. Including the cowhide rug! Looking forward to our next visit to Wickenburg.

Great place for my week-long stay. Everything was very clean. The bed is very comfortable with multiple different types of pillows to suit you. Plenty of clean towels & everything you need in the full kitchen. Washer & dryer look brand new. Two small patios for sitting outside. Mary even sent perfect driving directions at the outset of my trip & acommodated a request for an additional night's stay. My only complaint was the train. I didn't realize how close & loud it was as I'd never been to the area before. Even still, it wouldn’t deter me from booking here again.

Amazing place

We actually stayed in both of her places and both are amazing. It gives you the rustic feeling with updated decor. We had surprise guess show up and the host was amazing to deal with. We are definitely staying here again.
