VRBO ad stated the unit had Air Conditioning and a Dryer, and it did not have either. Ad should be corrected!!! When inquiring with owner about the air conditioning hours after arriving, there was not response until I resubmitted the question 2 days later. We were then told the “unit” was in the basement and it could be brought up the next day, which was the day before we departed. Disappointing! Other than that the unit would be fine if there was more attention to its cleanliness.

Die Wohnung war ganz in Ordnung, es gab nur ein Problem mit dem Durchlauferhitzer ( kein heißes Wasser ) was auf die Schnelle auch nicht behoben werden konnte. Wien ist eine sehr schöne Stadt mit vielen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

sehr gute Ausstattung in einem Hochhausviertel

Die Wohnung im 4. Stock war sehr gut bestĂŒckt , nur die Dusche wechselte zwischen heiß und kalt , im Haus und im Viertel gibt es sehr viele Hunde , Parkplatz ist ca. 150 m vom Haus , die einfache mobile Klimaanlage ist zwar nett gemeint hat aber kaum Wirkung aus physikalischen GrĂŒnden trotz viel LĂ€rm (eine echte Split-Klima wĂ€re zu empfehlen), es gibt keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten an den Fenstern (typisch Österreich eben) , WLAN war top ( > 200 MB/s ) , wenn die Badische Bahn irgendwann wieder durchfĂ€hrt gibt es wahrscheinlich auch eine gute Verkehrsanbindung in die City

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Wien

Die Adresse zur Anreise war ungenau kommuniziert von Fewo-direkt. Zum GlĂŒck war der Vermieter in der NĂ€he, was wirklich Zufall war. Wir hĂ€tten die Wohnung sonst nicht gefunden. Es wĂ€re gut gewesen, wenn bei Fewo jemand ans Telefon gegangen wĂ€re. Aber sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir sind mit dem Auto ins Zentrum von Wien gefahren, was auch sehr gut ging.

Wohnung bedarf dringenst einer intensiven Grundreinigung (bzw. Sanierung) und einer Neuaustattung mit GlĂ€sern und Geschirr etc., gleichfalls sollten VorrĂ€te und alte Klamotten von Vorbewohnern entsorgt sein, kurzum : es war eine Katastrophe, fĂŒr die eigentlich Schmerzensgeld hĂ€tte erstattet werden mĂŒssen!!!!

Schöne Wohnung, fast wie ein Zuhause!

Schöne Wohnung, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten eingerichtet. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, aber keine direkte Anfahrt möglich. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem KĂŒchenabfluss, wurde aber innerhalb eines Tages behoben. Die Duschabtrennung sollte mal getauscht werden! Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt!

Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Die Ausgangslage um Wien zu erkunden war, durch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants waren "direkt um die Ecke". Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Wir fanden eine liebevoll eingerichtete und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vor.

Diese gemĂŒtliche Ferienwohnung trug wesentlich dazu bei, dass unser Urlaub rundherum gelungen war. Gelegen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit sĂ€mtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie gastronomischen Einrichtungen und der NĂ€he zu Wien fĂŒhlten wir uns mit unserer Unterkunft sehr wohl. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Möglichkeit der Selbstverpflegung ist durch die gute Ausstattung angefangen von der Brotmaschine ĂŒber Mikrowelle bis zum KĂŒhlschrank mit mehreren GefrierfĂ€chern ( EisvergnĂŒgen ist garantiert ) bestens gegeben und erleichtert somit vieles. FĂŒr uns steht fest, dass ein weiterer Urlaub geplant wird in der Hoffnung, dass diese Ferienwohnung dann auch frei ist!

We are very pleased with our stay in apartment Orchidee. It has an excellent location - very close to supermarkets, restaurants and also to a small park, suitable for walking with dogs. The nearby Old Town of Mödling is also worth visiting. The owner Georg was very friendly, the apartment was comfortable and clean, just the trays for baking were rusty and unusable. We would come back there again (with our own baking tray :) )

Alles, was das Herz begehrt...

Wir hatten eine super Woche, die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich an gar nichts. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Georg ist uns sehr freundlich begegnet, war jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Anbindung an die Bahn in die Stadt war klasse, Bahnhof ganz nah, 40 Min in die Stadt. Haben Wochenticket bis Vösendorf gekauft plus Wochenticket fĂŒr die Kernzone. Auch die SupermĂ€rkte direkt um die Ecke kamen uns sehr zugute. Also nur zu empfehlen!

Clean Space in a Quiet Neighborhood

Georg's place was just perfect for our needs. A fully-functional kitchen and laundry washer/dryer really made the place stand out. It is clean and comfortable, great for couples or a small group of friends. Close to S train that goes into Vienna. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Sehr schöne Wohnung :)

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Wir waren als Familie fĂŒr 3 NĂ€chte da. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es direkt in der NĂ€he und die Station, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen, war auch nicht weit entfernt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
