Residence 1205 has Viking appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and marble bathrooms. It also has high-speed internet and cable TV, including premium channels and Netflix. For the 2024 season, Residence 1205 features a new 75 inch TV in the living room, as well as new chairs & tables on the balcony.
Amenities include: private beach with lounge chair & umbrella service, the beachfront infinity-edge pool, hot tub, children's pool, BBQ grills, fitness center, saunas, and game room! Additionally, there is on-site management and security throughout the summer months.
Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service available full-time from Father's Day to Labor Day contingent on The Grand management.
