Stayed for three nights at the end of July. The owner was amazing, he was very responsive and even called me to offer early check in! The unit is a short walk right to the boardwalk and all the action. It is clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend!

Well appointed, excellently located steps from the boards near the convention center. Upstairs unit. Plenty of space. Heard no sounds from neighbors at all. The included parking pass is worth its weight in gold. AC works well. Clean. Keycode entey is brilliant.Things to note. The sofa is not a sleeper sofa. We had two kids so they didn't care that they weren't in an actual bed.If you have a portable humidifier it wouldn't be bad to bring. All our rain soaked items just wouldn't hang dry because it was too humid.Would stay again. Would recommend.

Great Location!

Checkin was very smooth. The apartment was just right for my wife and I and our 8-year-old grandson. Host Willy was very responsive to a couple of questions. It's a great location: just a block from the Boardwalk and near lots of restaurants.

Convenient location for Wilidwood boardwalk and rides

Rental in very good location. Close to beach and boardwalk. Property manager was very good with communication, meeting for check-in/out and any questions during the stay. Would stay here again!

Overall experience was good. Owner was very friendly and quick in responding to inquiries. At the time we went, which was end of June, the area was still quiet. I would’ve gave it 5 stars if there were hooks in the bathroom for 4 bath towels. Could be just 4 hooks on the wall or over the door hooks. I would replace the blinds in the living room and bedroom because they were old. Bathtub faucet knob was cracked but still functional. The dining table was cute and new but should include 2 more chairs if it’s advertised to sleep 4 people. Sofa bed mattress was very lumpy and my kids said they could feel the hard metal coil. I would seriously replace that brown sofa bed. This bothered me the most. Need more hangers in the bedroom closet because there was only one. Need a small garbage can in the bathroom and a floor lamp in the living room area for more lighting. There was space in the front to put a small shoe rack. The shower curtains smelled weird so I would replace it. The above are my suggestions to the owner. On the bright side, unit 18 has a small but functional kitchen with a stove/oven, utensils, pots/pans, cutting board, fridge, cups and plates and bowls as well as coffee maker and toaster. The kitchen counter was updated as well as a cute dining table with 2 chairs. There was also a tv on the wall in the living room. There was plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen cabinets. It’s very close to the boardwalk and a short drive to Walmart and Shop Rite for groceries.

All the essentials, great location, outstanding host.

The host was outstanding from beginning to end. This rental has plenty of space for 2 people. It is clean, well furnished, and a very close walk to everything. I feel that it is a great value at its price point. *Towels are not provided*

Location, Location, Location!

This comfortable one bedroom apartment was a 1/2 block away from the beach entryway on East Baker Street. It was a great section of the beach that wasn't as crowded as other sections. We never needed to use our car as we were able to walk to our favorite restaurants and everything that we enjoy on the boardwalk. Willy was very responsive and always answered my questions immediately. Great to work with. It all added up to an enjoyable vacation for my husband and me in a classic Jersey Shore destination.
