Cozy Vacation Rental close to beach.

This is a cozy property. It is our home away from home. Please read all of this carefully!!!
It is not a huge space. It is perfect for anyone that enjoys the beach and relaxing. This is absolutely no pets and no smoking!!!! 1-2 day rentals require you cleaning. We cannot get a service for that short period. Trash needs taken with you or dumped in wildwood dumpster. Do not leave in cans on property. Only thing for your use is marked with a 3. No shed access.
There are 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. One room has a bunk bed with bottom being a queen and top being a full. New futon in room. There is room up top but not a ton. Bunks squeak a bit we are in the process of fixing.
Other bedroom has one queen standard bed. Both rooms are equipped with TVs and dresser space. TV’s were just upgraded a few months ago, just to larger models. We use a streaming service, Direct TV.
A small living room with pull out couch that is queen size and a cozy arm chair, plus larger TV.
Therefore you can sleep 6 comfortably.
There is also a small dining table with 4 stools in living area and some TV trays for others to eat.
We have a full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and keurig. Also large pot to cook your seafood.
There is only one bathroom. The bathroom is on the first floor level. It is a bathtub/shower combo and sink with cabinet storage and medicine cabinet. We also added shampoo and conditioner in shower.
There are 2 outdoor seating areas.
I have pictures of outside of property but ours does not have balcony or deck. Ours is back property. Our entrance is the door with small set of stairs.
We do not have street view.
We also only have on street parking. You may pull in driveway to load/unload but then parking on street is required. There are no spaces.
Parking is metered at $70 a day or you may go to the municipal building and purchase a week pass for $100. I have been told you may also do it over the phone. Municipal building is on Davis street. Prices may have increased for 2024 we have not gotten word yet.
You will need to bring towels/washcloths (both for beach and bathing). You will also need sheets and sleeping items, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and any beach needs.
We do have comforters and pillows on the beds for use but they are at your own discretion.
We do have neighbors in the other 3 condos and they do not rent. They all have young children and are down most of the summer. We just ask that you be super respectful of them. They do keep an eye on our property so please treat our place nicely.
We have a back flat cement common area where we put outdoor furniture. We also have a new portable washer and dryer. It can do about 5 items at a time and is a spin dry so they will still need laid out.
As mentioned ours is perfect if you are okay with cozy.
There is a hose outside just to hose off after beach. It is for all 4 condos.
We have lots of things for you to use we just ask you to please treat it if it were yours and with lots of TLC.
If you are traveling with a toddler or younger child we just ask that you be vigilant. There are things like cooking utensils they could get into as well as chemicals for cleaning.
Please do not put up baby gates or child locks. Sorry but they are hard to take off and leave marks on walls.
We have a cleaning person that cleans between renters and she follows all CDC regulations. Occasionally she leaves out a mop or vacuum. They are just kept in the closets and we apologize if she forgets. She also does her complete best with sand. Please just understand it’s hard to get every particle up.
For 2023 we have put bigger TV’s in both bedrooms. We were able to lower the bunks so the person up top has more room. We will be moving the chair out of that bedroom and adding a futon for additional seating.
We are a few hours away from our rental so we try once a month to refresh the bed linens but again those are at your discretion to use.
You also need to bring dish soap, hand soap and trash bags. We keep some at our place but at a limited quantity so when they are gone they are gone.
We have central air in the unit. It does tend to still stay warm upstairs. So we have fans to help cool.
The only outdoor access is the cement area behind our unit and the sitting area beside the unit. The porches belong to the other units and are not common space. You do not have access to those.
Mattresses were all replaced in 2018 and are Queen pillow top. They do the job. Personally though at home I sleep on a 20+ year old mattress.
Please understand we try our best to upkeep and make it nice but it’s a beach apartment. It is not huge, bigger than most efficiency room units. It’s very expensive to maintain. We appreciate your understanding.
**We do require you to dispose of your trash and recycle before you leave. Please do not leave it outside or for the next guest, that is rude. There are dumpsters all over Wildwood you may put trash in or take with you.**
We also would appreciate no candles or incense being lit/burnt. We just want to avoid fire hazards at all costs.

We just really hope you enjoy yourselves. We hope you will rent from us in the future and respect it as if it were your own. We appreciate you!!!! Please also appreciate us!!!!!
2023 summer prices have been updated. We did have to raise them but all of our bills have increased as well.

You will receive check in and check out info a day or two before you arrive.
**A major rule is we will not rent to anyone under 27 years of age. **Kids and teens may stay accompanied by an adult. We do not allow requests for Senior week. We will not let a rental agreement be signed by anyone less than 27 years of age. We apologize but we did one time and ended up having to replace carpet, mattress, etc… ****For one or two day rentals we ask that you cleanup and make house presentable for the next guests. Our cleaning lady cannot do quick one day turnovers. We have all cleaning supplies available under kitchen sink and in closet in bathroom. Your cleaning fee covers the cost of all the chemical, etc…I’m sorry we hate to ask this of renters but it’salm we can do when you are only staying a day or two. You need to be courteous to the next guests. The cleaner you stay the easier to clean before you leave. Also please try and get as much sand off as possible. We cannot have drains being clogged.

Check out is always by 10am. We cannot do early check ins or late check outs due to cleaning schedule. This is a no smoking property. That includes weed. Please do any and all smoking outside. Thank you! **I do want to add that the cleaning fee covers chemicals, replacement of small items and very, very quick turnover. We rarely get down between guests and our cleaning person is currently out of town. To secure a new company it would have been about $300 and that’s a lot. We know you are on vacation but we are asking that you vacuum before you depart, do a quick wipe down of things used. We will try our best to do more thorough but we’ve been in a pickle with this. Please be tidy with sand. If yo think you cannot due this please don’t rent currently. Thank you kindly for your understanding. **
