*Great for families* Clean, well maintained 4 bedroom, 2 bath top floor condo in beautiful Wildwood, NJ only two blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Feel safe and secure knowing the Wildwood Police and Wildwood Fire Station are located one block away.

This rental sleeps 10 and is perfect for a getaway with family and friends. Enjoy meals prepared in a spacious kitchen, and relax in the large dinning room or comfortable and inviting living room. Enjoy the ocean breeze from the outdoor deck.

Condo is on the top floor. Parking allows for one car in garage and one in driveway. Convenient street parking as well.

Sleeping arrangements include:
Master Bedroom and Bath with 1 king,
Bedroom 2 with 1 queen
Bedroom 3 with bunk bed (1 twin/1 twin), and twin daybed.

Checkin was easy. There are two flights of stairs you have to take in order to get to the unit (just to note if you have mobility issues) but once in all rooms are on the same floor and the layout is not only spacious but ideal. The bedrooms are down the hall which lends to good privacy/quiet if some of your group wants to stay up. The front porch has a wonderful breeze. The garage and driveway parking are such a blessing and there is some street parking as well. The place is nicely equipped and comfortable. The Master bedroom and second bedroom with a queen bed both have smart TVs (pics do not show that but it’s nice to know imo) the rooms with bunch beds do not. Plenty of things in close Walking distance (dollar tree, family dollar, mini golf, restaurants, etc).

Wonderful!

This condo was great for our group of family and friends -- lots of space to spread out, a kitchen with everything you could want, not too far from the beach. Ninfa was very responsive to anything we needed. We had a great week here, would definitely rent again!

Dance Comp Stay in Cape May

House was nice. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 4 kids, with room to spare. Walking distance to the boardwalk and easy drives to our dance locations. There were lots of stairs to Unit B but doable. Walmart close by for grocery delivery.

Besides 25+ steps into the property everything was great. People before us left grill filthy and I notified owner just so she knew and that night it was clean. I didn’t ask her to do it but she did. 😊. Place was in a great location and was perfect for my family.

Vacation spot

A beautiful house nestled in the middle of the street. Communication with the property manager was consistent and she provided a fast response whenever we had a question. Lots of space for a big or multi family rental for the week. The only drawback is the numerous flights of stairs to climb upon arrival and departure. I would recommend to others.

Great location near the boardwalk

This was a great property near the boardwalk and beach. You have to climb a few stairs to get to the property but you you only really notice when bringing up your luggage and when you pack up your car. Expectations for the place are clearly communicated. Just remember to bring sheets and towels. The outdoor shower has hot water which made showers after the beach very nice!

House was very accommodating but needed cleaning

The house is in a good location, plenty of things nearby including the boardwalk and the beach. Very spacious and has plenty of beds. Here are a few things to be aware of: 1. The garage door needs maintenance. It will not close right away. 2. Needs a good cleaning including the inside of the cabinets in the kitchen. 3. The kitchen floor needs to be cleaned, it was sticky and some tiny ants were found crawling around. 4. Be prepared to go up a LOT of steps! (28 to be exact) 5. Make sure when arriving that your garbage cans & recycling are empty. Other people put their trash and recycling in your bins and make you responsible for emptying them per the rental agreement contract. Overall, I would give this location a 6.5/10
